The pics have names and can place the order and have it delivered or you can pick up at their home studio. I searched and searched and had a few false starts in December of 2023 looking for a lovely, simple orchid to send as a gift to a family member. As I am on the east coast I was not familiar with LA florists so the search was quite challenging. I finally just typed ORCHIDS and luckily found The Orchid Wrangler. I contacted Michael who was very accomodating and after a few back and forths he sent me a photo of the beautiful Orchid he would be delivering. It is now Feb 1, 2024. Family member sent me a photo of the Orchid today. It is still gorgeous! Even more so. Even the greens and small plants that adorn it. Family member cannot get over it. So if you want a lovely elegant Orchid for yourself, or as a gift, I think The Orchid Wrangler is your man. And the customer service was excellent. I will know who to call in the future. read more

My sister sent me the two stem white orchid in the glass vase with birch bark at the end of 2016 as a gift. It bloomed for almost a fully year - until November 2017. The blooms fell off but the leaves and planter still looked great so I kept it on my kitchen table. Well, starting in April, it started blooming AGAIN - two full stems of beautiful large white flowers. You can't go wrong with these unique, long lasting orchids. What can i say? I have been a fan of the Orchid Wrangler since he first opened his shop on 3rd St. I was so happy to see that he is back and in a new space. OMG! Not only is it a beautiful store, but David's unique designs and gorgeous orchids are absolutely breathtaking!! He has some amazing classic arrangements as well as more modern, artful, one of a kind designs. I also love that he has a lot more gift items. Great, super affordable and unique ideas. David designs each arrangement himself and every time i have sent one to a client or friend, i hear "It is absolutely the most beautiful orchid arrangement I have ever received!" No joke. Every time!! The other thing that makes The Orchid Wrangler so special is that he REALLY cares about his orchids. He goes out of his way to follow up with you to see how the plant is doing, asks if you have any questions about taking care of it etc... Talk about really going the extra mile! At the time I ordered a plant for a friend in the hospital, I didn't know she couldn't receive it until she was released from the ICU. David checked every day for a week. Finally he talked to a nurse who promised to give it to her as soon as she was released, so he delivered it to the hospital. My friend was placed in a private room a few days later, but with all the much more important issues to deal with in a hospital, the plant didn't make it to her room. When I asked David about it, he made some inquiries, tracked it down and delivered it to her personally. I'd settle for a TENTH of that kind of service from other companies. read more
