Both parties discuss job scope of work in detail, Walter quotes job requiring a 50% down payment, the customer pays 50% down and schedules the date, the day before job Walter returns and argues that the agreed scope of work will be double the agreed amount (price increase based on no SOW change), customer no longer agrees (other much cheaper quotes for the same SOW so I cannot agree to this contactor price increase), Walter refuses to refund the 50% down payment saying that it is a "customer cancellation". In reality, it was extortion. Walter has still never refunded my money in full. This is pure contractor theft. Don't trust this company...

We love the aesthetics of these lights. To me, they're the only permanent lights vendor that offer lights that match the size and brightness of the traditional C7-C9 holiday light bulbs which I loved. While I was originally resistant to upgrade to permanent lighting as I didn't love the aesthetics of the other vendors, when we found this company, I changed my mind due to the dramatically larger bulb size. I love that we can change the colors to match game night (Cowboys, Spurs, etc) beyond just holidays. We're really impressed with the lights. We experienced some isolated install issues and delays which resulted in an extra long install. However, the owner Jaime and sales rep, Stephen, went above and beyond to ensure our total satisfaction and even gave us a discount and some freebies to compensate for the trouble. I don't believe this would be an issue with other clients due to the nature of the delays. Stephen is very responsive and provides wonderful customer service. I have recommended them to friends already. I would absolutely recommend the company.
