This is a great locally owned and sometimes mobile coffee stop. The owner is truly awesome and so is the staff that works here. They brew up a very decent coffee drink and do so quite efficiently. They do offer other treats but have not indulged myself. Most times you'll find them parked on the corner of Caldwell BLVD and Karcher, but they do sometimes drive off to cater other evem

This place is my favorite, they do a fantastic job with making my coffee dreams come to life. The cold brew or espresso is the biggest decision because both are sooo tasty

This is such a cool spot! I've seen it on door dash for a while now and decided to check it out in person. Very unique and they're always running fun promotions. Spoke with one of the owners/founders and she was so friendly! Very kind, helpful, and funny. This place was quick, has a variety of offerings, and a little bit of something for everyone! I ordered the iced salted caramel white mocha & it was perfect. You could taste the coffee, while also being sweet and smooth. The salted caramel was to die for. They also offer a variety of fresh local pastries - we tried the vanilla scone from rose hill bakery. This was one of the best scones I've ever had! It was great flavor and texture, while not being dry or crumbly. This is a definite must hit if you're in the area. The people are so friendly and fun, the flavors and options are many and delish. 10/10!

This joint is so much fun. You walk in and you're instantly bombarded with all these fun goodies to look at. Candles, socks, mugs, candy, stickers. As much as I needed that drink, I had to look and touch everything first! I love all the fun things they have out. You can literally spend a good hour checking out every piece of retail available! It was hard not to pick, touch or smell everything! Made my way up to the counter. The first thing you notice is all the baked goods. The display case was full of delicious treats. Every pastry looked divine. That's one thing about Flying M, it's a guarantee that your baked goody is going to be out of this world tasty! I have yet to have a bad pastry at a Flying M. It was finally my turn to order my drink, everyone came in all at once. I was greeted by a handsome smile. I ordered my regular drink when I spec out new spots. So today I got an iced americano with sugar free chocolate with room for cream. I made sure it was a large, I needed a good jolt of caffeine. Bro, this americano was money. The espresso was strong and not watered down. I added the cream so it was the perfect amount. I did add a couple packets of Splenda cause the espresso was not shy in this drink. It was so good! I sat outside and enjoyed it. It was the perfect day to enjoy an iced coffee under the warm sun. Flying M downtown Boise should take come customer service pointers from this joint. It's night and day. I stopped going to the Flying M downtown because the customer service was so inconsistent. Some days they were so nice and then some days the baristas were so rude. I had such a great experience here. The venue is fun. The gentleman that helped me was so nice! My drink was on point! I'm happy I stopped in today. Looking forward to coming back and getting another amazing iced americano.

(Honestly, 10 stars if I could!)…read more I recently hosted a first-time homebuyers class at The Syringa and it was absolutely perfect. The space was ideal for a small group -- cozy, welcoming, and the ambience made everyone feel comfortable and engaged. My attendees were attentive, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyed being there, which says a lot about the environment. I also come here regularly for morning business meetings, and it never disappoints. Great coffee, beautiful space, and a calm energy that makes it easy to connect and get work done. What really sets The Syringa apart though is how community-driven they are. As someone who loves supporting local Nampa businesses, this place checks every box. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful -- you can tell they truly care about the people who walk through their doors. Highly recommend for meetings, events, or just a great cup of coffee. So grateful to have a place like this in our community!

As I entered the premises my service dog got sick. After cleaning the mess I sincerely apologized, cleaned up the mess with the senior person stated that "things happen" and "I understand". Then, after the meeting started interrupted the meeting and said the owner (who was not there) stated to his/her employee that I was to leave the establishment. I stated that the American Disabilities Act explicitly allows me to have my Service Dog with me wherever I go. After several attempts to make me leave, police were called and stated the owner requested I leave which I did. No grace, no compassion! They banned me for a year!!! I will NOT be back to this petty establishment EVER!!! I recommend to anyone that understands or empathizes with my situation NOT frequent this place!!! WC Boise, Idaho

We came to this cozy shop and we weren't sure if we could bring our dog in. We stood outside trying to figure out what we should do with the dog but a gentlemen came out and told us they were dog friendly. He was very kind and welcoming. We stepped inside and the ambience was so inviting. It was like a cozy library. They had a gluten free cookie option, muffins and other treats along with of course tea and coffee. I saw that this place had stellar reviews and decided to give it a try--and WOW, am I certainly glad I did! Walked in at 9:30a on a Tuesday morning and most of the people here were oldies. That said, the vibe is very unique. Lots of wood and leather, just like the photos showcase! The only difference is that it doesn't seem as clean as some of the photos show, but I digress.... The coffee was amazing. I only had a White Chocolate Macadamia iced latte and WOW, was it good! I could tell that if I went with any other type of coffee drink--or even just a black coffee--it would have been great. The baristas were friendly and helpful with recommendations, and they were really quick with getting drinks out even though it was a full house! While it's 30-45 minutes outside of Boise, if you have the opportunity to stop here, YOU MUST. The high ratings don't lie!

It was a little awkward coming in because it appears like a counter order and sit system but they actually seat you. We were guided to a table after they watched my friends and me wondering aimlessly trying to figure out the process. We ordered appetizers first, Crab Rangoons and gyoza. The rangoons were stuffed with cream cheese and crab, deep fried and crispy. Gyoza was heavily browned with hard edges and soft middles. All ingredients and sauces tasted fresh. We ordered as soon as our appetizers were delivered but our food came out almost immediately after. Kudos for quick service, but I was juggling appetizers and eating a meal which isn't my favorite thing to do. Not to mention, two people received their meals at the table, then mine came about 3 minutes after, then my last friend about 5 minutes after that. Pacing was uncomfortable as people were waiting on our friend to receive her meal to start eating. My husband had the teriyaki chicken. The broccoli was cut in larger florets but were perfectly steamed, ladled with a touch of teriyaki sauce. The chicken was fork tender and nicely seasoned. Though the rice amount was on the smaller side, the portions were incredibly generous for the price. My tonkotsu broth was not as flavorful as I'm used to but was a nice combo of flavors. The noodles were stuck together and the bok choi was in large pieces which made it difficult to eat without gnawing on a huge piece like a lady without manners. But I did it anyway. My friend loved the beef and broccoli. My other friend was not a fan of the orange chicken though I found it perfectly cooked...just without a crispy candied outside (which she prefers). Service was very slow after our food was delivered but those women were hustling to take care of a lot of orders, so I understood. When they finally came to give us the checks, they offered to box up my ramen...which was well done to keep it fresh. Very pleasant experience, though I would have loved a more flavorful broth.
