Driver got 9 miles down the road and cables had melted-- truck lost all power- On a busy highway, for his safety the unit had to be towed. Once this was repaired- discovered electrical is bad so now we are talking another $2500 and more down time... They have refused to pay total amount for this. I went back and forth with them for two weeks only to be told their mechanic says he did not put the cables on wrong.(i have pictures) and they will not argue with me anymore-- they will NOT pay the tow bill, because that's just something they do not do. WHAT! They caused this issue! Left my driver stranded on the side of the road because truck lost all power due to their shoddy work on a busy highway. So now I am out $3300 for tow cost and electrical, not to mention the down time for my truck...WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

My vehicle was there for almost three weeks and they never got to it, told me I needed unneeded repairs, and not once called me to let me know the status. I called every time, and about 10 days in I asked if they had my number. When I picked up my vehicle, it showed an average MPG of about 1, it was over 14 when I dropped it off. Idle it much? Not worth the hassle or time!

The truck bed and frame were not assembled properly by the person (Brandywine) that last owned the truck and this contributed to the instability of the truck when the load was being dumped. He could of lost his life or cause someone else to loose their life! We now Lost income waiting for repairs! It is a shame that some truck sellers take advantage and sell products that are questionable in qualify and functionality. DOT inspections can only go so far.

I got home and realized…read morethat I purchased the wrong set of shoes and had to return and swap them out for the right set. Luckily another mechanic that works at my company was closer to Freightliner than I was, so he just made a purchase. I had planned to return them the next day but once the tractor was back on road I soon forgot. On 1/22/2024, I decided to finally return the brake shoes. I had the pleasure of being assisted my an employee named Hollice #442. He was extremely patient while we called my company (bc I didn't have the credit card, we had to verify over the phone). Hollice is very professional and stepped me through the whole process. Today I called the store and requested to speak to a member of management. I spoke with a gentlemen named Bruce who also was very nice. I wanted someone to know just what an amazing job Hollice had done.
