I called and asked about pricing. The cost (whether jump start or battery) was reasonable. Mr. Ayala said he'd pick up the battery on the way just in case - having gotten the information I had on hand for my make and model, and my equipment preference if it came to that. He also said that I wouldn't be charged for the battery if it wasn't needed - regardless of him making this outlay. As promised, he showed up about 45 minutes after our call - this is with him driving up to Baltimore. When he arrived, Mr. Ayala looked at the battery, said it was 2 years old, no corrosion - relatively young for the equipment. That it probably would be just a jump start (I had left the car sitting for too long). He then promptly walked me through the steps to jump it, while attaching the cords to the outlets. The car started. Then he had me turn it off without the cords attached to check that it still started, which it did. The service was $85. Perfectly reasonable. Convenient and timely, as well, and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable.

They never arrived. Customer service was dismissive and dishonest. This company completely wasted my time and showed zero regard for basic professionalism or accountability. When I called the next day Brian told me no one had worked on my car, I told him that I'm not going to leave my car there for a 3rd day and he insisted that they would work on it right away. When I picked my car up I never got an inspection report. Brian and Naty Ruiz said I would get a video inspection of my car instead but that never happened, which makes me wonder if any work was done on my car at all.

Danny, I believe his name is, was amazing and sweet. I was run off the road, resulting in two pretty bent rims and shattered hub caps, and a flat tire. Originally my insurance company sent them out to tow me to my parents house. ETA was over an hour and a half away, and being a type 1 diabetic, I was super worried about my blood sugar. I called when I realized I had a donut but I didn't have part of a jack to lift my car. Danny canceled the original tow truck and came out himself and helped me replace the tire in less time than if I had been towed to my parents house. I was safe at home in about an hour, and my landlord had two rims from a car that's not being used that he was able to put on my car until I can get my rims fixed or replaced. I'm now able to carry on my normal schedule, go to work tomorrow, and not spending hundreds of dollars on new rims. These guys are awesome!! read more

Wow! It was my unlucky yet lucky day. I was in the middle of Rockville Pike on my way to my dealership to fix my battery. It died before I made it there. It was going to take 1.5 for my Acura roadside service to get to me, but I called Denis who so happen to be 2mins away!! Even the police lady was shocked at the record time. He arrived as promised and gave me and my daughter a ride to the dealership. So happy we were safe and in good hands with Denis.
