The shop manager, Lori, made our visit unforgettable. She was incredibly kind and took the time to show us the fountain pens as well as introduced us to all the wonderful products the shop offers. You can really tell how much she cares about the customers. If you're a stationery lover or even just curious about fountain pens/journals or the paper goods they have to offer, this is absolutely the place to visit. Some pro-tips before coming here is to park on the back of their store. There are plenty of available parking spots, plus also a few chargers for electric cars. That way you avoid all the traffic from the other stores at this shopping center. Also, before checking out make sure to have your rewards number ready so you can earn all your points. The service was great. They explained the process well, checked on me frequently, and were so helpful with creating the final product. They have various scents to choose from. You can mix and match until you find the one you like. You choose your vessel and they mix your choices until the scent is how you want it. You can choose the color and adorn it with wax designs. The price of the candle is based on the price of the vessel. It's a small space but they take small groups and singles (I'm sure you can rent the space up to occupancy size but call to be sure). They are strict about the appointments. They base appointments on party size so there's no room for add ons the day of because they roll appointments. If you need to add on, call ahead first. For fire code purposes, they have to adhere to the limit. I enjoyed the experience. I only wish they had patchouli. It's my favorite scent.
