They were very knowledgeable about the stationery and even showed me their own pens/notebooks. The pens were on the pricier side BUT the price is well worth it. I was told that under their "new policy" it couldn't be exchanged because it wasn't considered gently used, and the staff member was rude about it as well. What makes this even more frustrating is that they had the exact same plug in stock, just in a different color--so it's clearly not an old or discontinued item. Thankfully, I didn't waste my money replacing it here. I'll stick with my usual location, where exchanges are handled professionally and customer service is consistently helpful. After this experience, I'm not surprised to see reviews mentioning rude behavior--unfortunately, it seems to be a pattern at this store. It's disappointing, especially since other nearby locations have no issue honoring this same policy. Go visit the stone oak or northwoods locations instead.

Some things to keep in mind before visiting this location is that it is much smaller than your usual mall size Bath & Body Works location and it can get packed! I've literally seen them with lines out the door, but the staff always does their best at get the line moving as quickly as possible. Some pro-tips before coming here is to park on the back of their store. There are plenty of available parking spots, plus also a few chargers for electric cars. That way you avoid all the traffic from the other stores at this shopping center. Also, before checking out make sure to have your rewards number ready so you can earn all your points. Don't like to shop in store? No problem! You can buy everything online and just pick-up at their counter.

I scored some 75% off gift bags with hearts on them and the word Love which I can use all year long. The store staff always greet you when you come in and point you to where you need to go. You mix the scents till you're happy. Mine was 6 drops of Sunday brunch, 3 drop of vanilla, and 4 drops of cinnamon. You then pick which holder for your candle and then color for your wax. They have a huge selection of both indoor and outdoor plants, and they just keep adding more and more selection of plants to their repertoire. If you love indoor plants, you have to check out their greenhouse. It always has a huge selection of plants from all sizes. They also recently opened a section of cacti and succulents which is super cool. I am not really into those plants, but just walking inside that section makes me feel like I am in Arizona or somewhere else. Frankly it is just magical how much one section can change to the next. Also, the service here is always excellent. I've got some amazing recommendations and tips to take care of my plants from the people that work here. In regards to the value, I think their prices are great for a small business. Anyhow, y'all can see I really love this plant nursery and I think it is a must if you are looking for a new plant baby or just want to take in nature.
