My 1st and last time there! First of all, I pay cash for everything, rarely do I use debit or credit card anywhere! I was treating my friend and was a little short and he knew I was not familiar with paying with debit card. I kept seeing pending on account which usually goes thru quickly. Once it cleared, there was $1.50 added to total so looks like she felt she deserved more of a tip which is unethical to add more to a check AFTER the fact. She must have really needed that extra dollar! I could have made an issue but instead I'll post this for others to be aware so it doesn't happen to you, i'm probably not the first but glad I noticed the dishonesty. PAY CASH if you go there or know your total can change at their discretion. I'll NEVER GO BACK! Brand new to our neighborhood. The new restaurant is in the location where a previous buffet restaurant was located. The place looks like it used to, minus the "country" decor... add several TV's and a nice cocktail bar in the center. We came for dinner which didn't disappoint. The app of crab stuffed mushrooms were very tasty. For dinner, I had the shrimp and grits. The salad was fresh and tasty. The entree was delicious. I prefer my grits creamy (I'm a Southern girl) but the shrimp and sausage and sauce were really good. My husband had the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with fries. He says it is really tasty. The fries are home-cut with the peels and I snagged a few. They're great! Our server was very attentive. Nice beer selection. Pretty nice wine selection as well. Full bar. Good music. Went here in opening night and it was packed. Walking through a cloud of cigarette smoke we were greeted by a hostess and loud music from a band. It was lively and everyone was boisterous and having a good time. There are at least 10 tv's spread out throughout the space with a bar in the middle of the building. We luckily didn't have to wait long and were seated in a corner opposite the band which was good bc they were quite loud which I'm not faulting them bc they're there to entertain people but we were on a date night so we wanted to talk to each other. It had a Applebee's feel to the environment and I have not been to one in forever. We ordered two beers which came with a lot of head missing (sounds weird but I mean that it wasn't filled up to the top). I ordered the spicy Cajun chicken pasta and it came with a good sized Caesar salad. The pasta was decent with lots of chicken and sausage mixed in. It was not spicy at all though. My gf got the loaded potato bread bowl and it tasted pretty good. But it's hard mess up bacon, potato and cheese. Nonetheless we both liked the potato bowl. I would come back again to maybe get drinks or watch a sports game since it does have a bar feel with restaurant capabilities. There are a few arcade games like galaga, Pac-Man and pin ball machine. I hope this place will do well, that their food and service quality stays up and that they can keep this space longer than the previous restaurants that have opened and closed in this location. Came in yesterday afternoon for St. Patrick's day as well as last Friday for a nice after work/end of week treat. Last week I had the boneless wings with teriyaki sauce and a sandwich. First time there today. This will easily become a go-to place moving forward. Large restaurant. Entertainment on Wednesday evening, karaoke. Live band on Saturday evening. Food was great. We had a great and cheap meal here yesterday. Sat at the bar, greeted as soon as we sat down. Both had one drink, total $6 for both, which I think is cheap. I had the avocado chicken salad and my husband had the pork tenderloin sandwich and a bowl of chili. The food was delicious! We have been here a couple of times since they've opened (a lunch and a dinner) and we've been favorably impressed. The sandwiches and burgers are excellent and we LOVE the onion rings. It's nice that they let you choose them as an alternate side. Get them! Our only complaint has been that the music is quite loud. In fact, it was so loud that waitress got the order wrong (she thought she heard something different than what we said) and she had to quickly scramble t correct the order when the wrong items came out. A strip mall is the last place I'd expect to find a decent bar. They have line dancing on Mondays, karaoke on Wednesdays, and live music on the weekends. Food is pretty good! I really like the chicken fingers and broiled jumbo shrimp. They're a little short-staffed, but so is everywhere else right now. Considering how busy they've been lately, Jess and the other bartenders and servers do a great job taking care of their customers! The food here is pretty good depending on what you order. The portions are very generous. The seasonings are flavorful. The service is adequate but nothing to rave about. The bar staff is focused on their (boy)friends and neglects the other patrons at the bar. This is typical for the area. The restrooms are among the cleanest you will find in a dive bar. Some nights have live music, most of which are somewhat talented. Give the food a try. In general, bars in strip malls suck, but his one has much potential. The onion rings would have been epic, but they were cold. What a hidden gem in Taylors. We went to go see a friend play in a band there. At first, it looked like a small hole in the wall in the Publix strip mall. Then you walk in and WOW. Beautiful large bar, and the drinks were just right so, so, good, nice dance floor, and plenty of seating. The band of course was great too. He said the food was good so we decided to try it out, not expecting much for a bar and grill. Omg the food was AMAZING. I was so pleasantly surprised. I have ate at a lot of upscale restaurants and paid way more but the food was right up there. We had the prime rib. It was so delicious and seasoned to perfection. The salads was so fresh, and the dressing made daily, I was told. The hostess was amazing, and the waitress was great. They haven't been open long, and I hope this review helps people find the same wonderful experience we had. I will definitely drive 45 minutes to eat a great meal there again. Ann R. read more

I have been here several times, almost weekly, since my initial review right after they opened. I have found that if you are going to be drinking alcohol then you better sit at the bar. Otherwise it will take a minimum of 10 minutes to get your drink. Also, the food here is now hit or miss. I've been with friends that ordered a steak and it was cooked to perfection. Went again and the steak was barely cooked then came back overcooked. Same with other items. I was really hoping this place would be a new hangout but we have been so disappointed the last few times so I'm not sure it'll make it long term. read more

This is a nasty restaurant. Bathroom always stinks. Waitresses use same dirty rags to tables in a bucket . Silverware usually dirty. They pour a ton grease on steaks . Not enough green veggies . Over work employees and not enough training. Kitchen nasty waitress bust tables and then do not clean hands afterwards. Have seen employee eat customers fries. Just be careful.
