I call in, I asked about my medication, she says she doesn't have it. I asked when it was sent to them, she said the 4th, it's the 11th, so I said it's been a week. She immediately got nasty and said "Well if we don't have it we don't have it" and then hung up on me. She did me a favor. I'm absolutely thrilled to never go to this location again. Here's my original review. Screw you, CVS. Doctor called my RX in on Friday. Monday: We haven't filled it yet, but she's going to fill it tomorrow. Tuesday: Your insurance won't actually let us fill it until tomorrow Wednesday: We actually have some new policies about medicine shipping and don't even have it yet, but we'll call you when we have it. Not once did I receive any communication from them without having to wait on hold for ten minutes with their god awful phone system. Both the speed and the lack of communication (Dare I say complete lies to my face? Or stupidity? Maybe both?) are extremely disappointing. I'm a lazy dude, I'm not just going to switch to a new pharmacy because of one bad experience. This is the last one I'll tolerate, though.

Todays episode evolved around my doctor electronically submitting a prescription fir me early last Friday morning. Later that Dayi received a message from CVS that my prescription would be ready by the next day at 2:30 pm. Around 3:30 pm on Saturday, I checked the app to see if the prescription was ready and it showed it was still being processed. Again, checking on Sunday revealed the same status. This morning I visited the pharmacy to get a status. After waiting in line over 25 minutes, I was told my prescription wasn't filled because they were extremely busy but they could fill it in the next 5 minutes. Needless to say, this response infuriated me and I told the employee to forget it and not to fill it and that I was going elsewhere to get it filled. This is only one instance that I've encountered with this pharmacy. I've had several but I won't have anymore. If I could rate them Zero stars I would.
