We purchased an old piano and he came to do the first tuning and inspection, as well as a cleaning of the interior. I knew from our first meeting over the phone Michael was the piano tuner I wanted to tune my 2 pianos. He answered my voicemail immediately and fit me in on a Saturday before he was to leave for NY on Monday. He spent about 5 1/2 hours here between the 2 pianos and got them sounding beautiful.
