The large group fitness room is beautiful and open and has a good amount of space, instead of a lot of other cramped locations. The amazing instructors were giving tours of the space, and I was so happy to see the recovery options! Room one was a large multi-person sauna, Room two with the cold plunge has a shower and sauna area to alternate (so cool)! Room three was for private sessions with cryotherapy, etc! It was lit with red infrared lights and heated, which was perfect for stress reduction and calm in the evening before bed. A newbie to Pilates practice I had a difficult time keeping up and felt this was for more advanced participants; however, I did not feel exposed so was able to modify and get the most I could out of it.
