Loucas, the owner of the Core Fitness Studios, has been very beneficial to my fitness routine and to my life in general, and he is very good at what he does. Thanks to his well curated workouts, I have kept of twenty pounds since 2009 and am a pull up master! This place is not your typical gym where you can just hop on a treadmill or use machines. It is more of a personal training studio where you make appointments to have sessions with personal trainers. You can also sign up for fitness classes that take place downstairs in the basement area; there are Spin, Zumba, and TRX Suspension Training classes. I haven't experienced any of these classes but have heard nothing but positive feedback. I highly recommend Core Fitness Studios to anyone who is looking for workouts with personal attention and with a good trainer-client relationship. I am very glad to have known Loucas for quite some time and I hope this gym continues to thrive. Worth every penny!

Audra was at the front desk and provided me with the paperwork that I needed. After, she told me where to go for my TRX workout and the place was already prepared with the bands (of course) and a mat. The area was a little small, enough to fit about eight people for the class. There were towels provided as well which was pretty awesome since I didn't have to bring my own. Before the class was about to start, I was met by Brian the instructor and he was absolutely great. He knew there were a few people that were new to TRX (including myself) so he was telling us how to shorten the bands to lengthen the bands. He very knowledgable and was always walking around to make sure we were actually doing the position correctly. Definitely come here for TRX. You will not regret it!

They were very knowledgeable and were able to create modifications if a position wasn't comfortable. I felt lean, stronger and my posture felt like it improved after 1 session.
