It's a workout for those of us who avoid high impact and want flexibility and strength training. There are those who are naturally strong and those that are naturally fast and those that are naturally flexible. This work out gives you what you need to level up. Beth is awesome at coaching you into perfect form. I love her energy. Kelly has been a collegiate rower so you feel you are part of a team. She has a fresh approach.
