This visit was completely different. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain the coupons, rewards program and helped me download the new app without making me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. It honestly means a lot to see a business improve over time. Not many places can change someone's mind after so many years, but this store absolutely did. The shop looks really nice if you're going there to buy stuff, but I wouldn't recommend going to any events at a place like this. They carry high quality brand names such as Byer's Choice, Jim Shore Figurines, and Wee Forest Folk. The mice ones are my favorite the staff is very polite and eager to help in any way they can.
