No music or meditation or chants. Just you, and the car horns outside. I think that's where I'm a little disappointed. Other places I've been either give you one of the two and check in on you. I was just sorta left for I'm assuming was 30 minutes? There's no clocks so I lost track of time. Next few times I came, I was prepared to do some meditation on my own and really focus on my thoughts, breathing and healing. I have pretty decent insurance and so it only came out to about 20 bucks per session and at that price, it goes from a 3 star review to a 4 star. But without that, I could easily rate this a 3 star place. I'll be coming back for sure though. Every where else seems to have a wait list or they aren't as nice. Everyone is super nice. You wont find anyone not happy to be there.

They then said bc I made the appointment yesterday that it wasn't enough time to figure out how to bill. This is complete BS. If they couldn't figure it out, they could have and should have called the insurance and sorted it out before I got there for my appointment insteas of tryinf to figure it out while.i was there. What is the point of making me provide the insurance prior to the appointment if you arent going to figure it out until I am sitting in the waiting room. It's been helping me manage inflammation from thyroid issues / my autoimmune disease along with alleviating symptoms I get from it. Since I found out about the lounge acupuncture experience, I have been going more consistently and have been getting my acupuncture through Dr. Tran. Dr. Tran is marvelous, she is very caring along with always asking about my symptoms and what I'm seeking to focus on when I come in for a visit. Every time I get my acupuncture through Dr. Tran, I can feel my symptoms minimize / improve. She is very knowledgeable and knows what to do to help me with my symptoms. My overall health and wellbeing have improved since getting acupuncture and I like the flexibility of being able to make visits on Saturday's as well. Online booking has made it easy for me to reschedule / and book all my appointments. My husband and I are going through IVF and I went to Dr. Lee for support for fertility while we start our first transfer. She walks you through what she is doing and explains each of her findings. When she found a tough spot, she let me feel it too so I could better understand what she was talking about. She explained which system corresponded to each area we worked on. The AcuSuccess office is so relaxing. The lighting isn't too bright and there was quiet instrumental music playing. Dr. Lee and her assistant were both so so nice and welcoming. I also really liked how clean everything was. All the needles are packaged, she swabbed each spot and opened a new needle package for each stick. Finally, I am actually pretty squeamish about needles and I barely felt the pokes. Overall, 10/10! This was a wonderful first experience of acupuncture.
