Terrible service. I have been sitting here for 10 minutes plus and the wait staff has not come to take my order. I will pay for the tea and leave. It is sad that such a cute location has such a dysfunctional staff. Do better please.

I'm glad that this cafe is near my home. I love light options, and that's what I got! The fish tacos were great, and the pineapple chicken wrap was great! This is my Gourmet Gang away from home.

Chicken ranch wrap is always on point. Service is always kind and meals come out in a reasonable time.

Pass the Salt is a cute little country cafe operated by the sweetest people!…read more It deserves more than a 5 star rating. This was our second visit. Our family of 5 dropped by in the early afternoon on a Wednesday. We were warmly greeted, seated and made to feel comfortable and at home. The decor is simple and cute. Several tables are constructed of old doors, decorated and covered with glass. Many other artistic and creative decorative touches highlight this cute cafe. There is a good selection of beer, wine and specialty drinks as well as a great assortment of soft drinks. The menu has a wide selection of apps, sandwiches and salads (all unique and intriguing) I am a guy who enjoys a great burger from the great selection. I ordered the "Double Ringer Burger" and added bacon. I just found the best burger that I ever had! Two perfectly seasoned burgers were seared on both sides and perfectly pink in the middle. They were served on a tasty brioche bun with three deep fried onion rings and highlighted with a special sauce. All of the selections chosen by our group earned great reviews from my family. Portions are generous and served with a choice of sides. The house-made desserts sound delicious, but none of us had room to partake. Pass The Salt is well worth the drive from Sandbridge (1 hour).

Today my son got the ultimate burger which he has ordered 3 years in a row, it's good. My mother in law got the palminto cheese sandwich. OMG it's huge. It's like she got 2 sandwiches, it was humongous. I love the Baja bowl but today got the Baja burrito. I think I like the bowl more. Add shrimp. Best shrimp. The Reuben was also amazing. You really can't go wrong here A big menu. Lots of choices *I don't know what happened to their French fries. They use to be a good crinkle fry. Now they are different and just gross

Everything was great with the food. My wife got the Parmesan crusted chicken with baked potato and green beans, she liked it, but next time she'll order it without the cream sauce as it made the chicken's coating not as crunchy. I personally will always get the fried oysters if they're in season, but they're also known for soft-shelled crabs (my sister's favorite). They have daily specials too! We also love the crab dip with pita triangles - YUM! You can almost make a meal just on that. I love sitting at the windows overlooking the sound because there's a big nest there -- fun to watch the birds. The service is usually pretty good here.... can be a bit on the slow side if they're really busy. There's a bar area, and also check out their apparel selection.

I have been going for the past year, and they are consistent every time. Recently we went as a family. The vibe was amazing as usual. Warm, welcoming, and effortlessly charming. The staff? Always incredible. They're genuinely friendly, super attentive, and their recommendations never miss. Now the FOOD. We ordered a mix of sweet and savory, and every single item delivered: The peach pecan streusel crêpe was pure comfort warm, buttery, and perfectly balanced with that sweet, nutty crunch. I usually get extra caramel drizzle. The French toast crêpe. Imagine your favorite brunch classic leveled up into something soft, rich, and absolutely indulgent. The Nutella and banana crêpe is a crowd pleaser, especially for kids. It's creamy, chocolatey, and just the right amount of sweetness. The turkey, goat cheese, and avocado panini brought the savory side. The flavor was great, and came with kettle chips. The drinks were just as fun and unique. The butterfly pea flower lemonade, was not only refreshing but visually stunning. We also got the mango soda and a blueberry soda, both bursting with flavor and kid approved. Everything about Café Davina just hits right. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the people. It's one of those places where you walk in and immediately feel good, and then leave already planning your next visit. If you're looking for amazing crêpes, a cozy vibe, and consistently great service. This place is it!

I love this area of the city - feels a little small town/a little suburban. I have the coffee passport and was excited to try this new-to-me spot. Mudita sits just off Ocean View Ave practically on the beach. On this visit, there was ample street parking, but I dare say it is tricky on weekends and during the summer. It is in a pedestrian-friendly area, which is a plus, so it's easy to walk to. They do make a point to remind you not to park in the lot belonging to the adjacent shopping center or risk being towed. When I stopped in, it was empty except for one table. I let them know this was my first visit and the staff was happy to tell me about seasonal specials. They have a variety of teas and coffees. I do wish they had a sample of their food menu where they take orders. I didn't notice it until I picked up my drink, so I'll have to return when I have more time to peruse it. For my first visit, I wanted to try a seasonal special drink and opted for the Vietnamese Egg Coffee. It was described as an Americano style drink with egg custard foam. They offer decaf which is a plus so I selected this. It was ready in about 5 mins and was absolutely delicious. The only downside was the size. I wasn't expecting an espresso sized beverage for the price, but probably because I'm used to a Starbucks Americano which is bigger (even for a tall) and has slightly more hot water. The flavor was impressive and I much prefer the espresso Mudita uses! Overall, a great experience. I don't often venture out to OV, but I'll definitely stop back in when in the area!
