I highly recommend Sweet Indulgences by Tonja. I chose to work with Tonja based on her Yelp reviews. I was going to be in VA Beach for a birthday celebration and wanted a special cake. Tonja was very easy to work with in designing the cake and making delivery arrangements. She packed the cake very well and labeled it (so the hotel staff would know it was spoken for). She combined 2 pictures I had picked as "inspiration"of her previous creations and decorated it so beautifully. No corners were cut. I ordered red velvet with cream cheese frosting. The cake was moist and dense without being heavy. The frosting was so good and not overly sweet.
