I would rather spend my time elsewhere. We sat in the lower booth area and it stunk like the carpets were not clean. Very must smelling. There was also a corner stuffed with extra stuff like an open storage area. I ordered a burger and it was literally a concession stand burger, tasteless and very high fat content, I got tots and they were not fully cooked and unseasoned. The service was fine, not great saw the waitress maybe 4 times total and it was not busy. If you are looking for an over-priced, sub-par meal; this is your place to go! First, the pizza sauce tastes AWFUL! It's a mix of stale garlic and expired tomato paste; however, this is the best thing on the menu. Secondly, of the three appetizers our table shared, two were completely burnt and the parmesan bites were like biting into raw dough. Thirdly, unbeknownst to me, the chicken was either undercooked or spoiled and I nearly died after eating the chicken ceasar salad. Finally, (and this is in fact the final straw) the way the OWNERS (Jeff and Deanna) engaged with and spoke to the staff was DIABOLICAL! I was outraged and beside myself. It took everything in my soul not to approach the matters unfolding in front of me! Completely unprofessional! The servers were above and beyond amazing and should NEVER be spoken to or treated poorly in such an intolerable work environment. $16 for a "healthy serving of cod". That would be 2 three inch pieces of over cooked fish with very little cod inside the almost black breading. The near empty lot on a Sunday afternoon should've been my first clue that that place was lousy. The carpets were worn and dirty. The booths were old and worn. The service was as good as it could possibly be since our server was also tending the bar. The bar was full. The restaurant was not. We were a 12 top. Everyone one at our table who ordered anything with chicken found it to be dry and cold. My drink was watered down. Two at our table ordered the Chicken Pita club. Their chicken was dry and cold, and the pita was burnt. Our server was very sweet and did her best. Would steer clear if this place. Came here for drinks for a friends birthday. Service was extremely poor. There were two waitresses for the entire establishment and they were not trained well. I was here for an hour and a half and only able to order two beers. The management needs to do a better job training staff and making sure there's a enough staff for the clientele. I really wanted to say something good about this place. Looks like they have a nice outside patio. Thay also have a better selection of NA beers for those who need them. However, we will not return. Service staff was obviously untrained. Really knew very little about the menu. Response to every need was either slow or non existant. We had to receive utensils from a neighboring table, as food was brought with none. We were not asked if we wanted a second beverage, and it took over 20 minutes to get glasses of water even though it was the first request when we arrived at the table. Food was clearly just warmed up off the back of the delivery truck, with the exception of the pizza which appeared to have a custom made crust, but was mostly tasteless. Wings were greatly over salted. BBQ beef sandwich looked like something warmed up out of a can, or left over from a school lunch. If you've ever seen Restaurant Impossible, this place is definitely a candidate. read more

Stop by at least once a week for a beer after work and/or to pick up a pizza.Tonite, I got my bill and reminded the bartender I made the end of happy hour, and could she please correct the bill. She gave me the stink eye. I knew I made happy hour last call because the folks sitting behind me ( who ordered after me ) were informed by a different server they caught happy hour by two minutes. I didn't know this place was no longer Vito's when I stopped in. I found it odd that there were only a few cars in the parking lot. Anyway, I was seated at a booth and ordered a dirty gin martini. When they brought it, it was obvious that the bartender didn't know what that was. The martini had sort of a reddish tint to it. I couldn't even describe what the taste was. I explained to the waiter how they are made and the second try was a little better. After looking over the menu, I ordered the pork tenderloin with fries. The tenderloin looked partially cooked and was lukewarm at best. I couldn't even eat much of it. Needless to say, I haven't been back and no intention of doing so. read more

Save yourself the money. The food is probably the worst we have ever had in a very long time. We were hoping this place was going to be a hit since its very close to home, but instead everyone agreed that we were never coming back. The server was new but he did his best and was very courteous with us. Truly not his fault the menu is extremely bad quality. Really wished we could have read the reviews before we spent out money. not sure if the girl was new... but she sucked. we sat on the patio, wed april 12th. First beautiful day and we wanted to enjoy the weather.. didn't check on us very often. She was horrible and blamed her lack of service on the bar being behind... we watched 2 tables get up and leave because she just wasn't doing her job correctly. very disappointing, it was a nice day and we would like to have eaten but it took a friend at our table 25 min to get a draft beer.. so we had a round and left. she apologized when she brought our checks. ... probably won't be back.. so maybe staff better on nice days?!?? Amazing service and delicious food! We held a retirement party at the new Flano's on 42nd last night. Our waiter, Nick, did a fantastic job throughout the party making sure everyone had enough food and enough to drink. Great atmosphere and beautiful interior. Was happy hour when we arrived and fairly busy. The lady tending bar was also waiting tables when we arrived but more staff showed up to help.
