I use to bring my son down here to play and shop 4 to 5 years ago. I have been here but not ventured out completely. I entered the mall and seem empty. I would say there were hardly and stores that operate and most of the ones that were there don't exist anymore. Welcome to the world of online shopping!

What do I like best about this mall? It's not overwhelming. It's fairly small compared to other malls in NYS or other areas...but it's great to have it in 'Toga when outdoor activities just aren't in the cards. There are plenty of clothing stores and several "big box" stores are connected: Sears, JC Penney, Dick's and Bon Ton. Other attached stores are Healthy Living and Planet Fitness. There's a movie theater on one end near the food court...maybe one day I'll go to the movies there. The food court? Kinda lame...not much to choose from. There are a few places to take the kids that are like playgrounds and some seating areas for tired spouses. Overall, the mall is clean and I'm happy that it's nearby.

This was my first time to the Wilton Mall in nearly two decades ... it falls into the category of your smaller sub-par/less than great Upstate NY indoor mall. It is located conveniently along route 50, on the outskirts of Saratoga Springs, and on the other side of the Northway. The mall is nestled behind a series of newer strip malls, but once you discover locate it, you will find ample amounts of parking because let's be honest... the mall is just not that busy because there is so many other "newer" strip malls that have popped up in the area. The real question is: how do old school indoor malls compete with giants like Wal-Mart and internet heavy hitters like Amazon/Ebay? These online stores can offer more diverse products at better prices and offer free shipping, so people like myself can shop from the comfort of our own homes - mall what....? (I feel like indoor malls are literally slowly, but surely getting more and more obsolete) But, yes, there are the big corporate "anchor stores" some of which include Sears, J.C. Penney's, Dick's Sporting Goods, the Bon-Ton, Planet Fitness, Home goods, a decent Movie Theater, and a Healthy Living. However, there were several vacant business spaces.... and the food court was rather lacking overall as well. Don't get me wrong... Wilton Mall is certainly not quite as lame and depressing as Aviation Mall, but there is nothing exceptional going on here... I believe this mall does better business because of its location in Saratoga. Overall, there is a somewhat decent selection of stores here, the mall is clean and well kept, but it is not on the same category as Colonie Center nor Crossgates in the Capital District. I would recommend it to anyone who might need to purchase something specific from the health food store or one of the bigger chain anchors, but there would be no reason for me to return to this Mall unless I was absolutely needed to come here for some reason or another. It was verrry slow on a Friday evening there was hardly anyone walking around the mall or in the shops/stores... and similar to Wilton Mall, in certain stores it appeared as though there were hardly any employees working in them, which is why I would rate this Mall as a mediocre two stars at best.

On the other side of the Northway, and along Rte. 50 is the Wilton Mall. Mecca of retail excitement in Saratoga Springs, NY

They are pilling. They felt so good the first night. I got into bed and they cuddled me and they felt so perfect and so soft and I felt so warm. After three washes they're pilling. They're still warm but they just don't feel as soft with all that peeling feels like there's dirt in my bed. I had bought I said a beautiful blue Ugg sheets at the same time but I decided they feel like plastic so I return them and I bought a set of bamboo sheets that felt like the softest softest cotton I'd ever touched in my entire life.  I still like them and they still feel soft but they are also pilling. The flannel sheets have polka dots and the bamboo sheets have this pretty little blue flower. I don't know why they're getting ruined. I use cold water. I don't mistreat them. The bamboo sheets actually had a tiny rip in them that I noticed after the first wash when I had just put them on the bed before I even use them. I bought a set of sheets from Marshalls over 20 years ago just plain white cotton they don't feel as soft but they didn't tell . I still have them. I just like softer sheets and these are just plain regular cotton. I had LL Bean flannel sheets they never peeled they ripped after about 15 years. Just the bottom sheet. Still on the top sheet and it's in better condition than the new flannel sheets I bought. So I'll never buy sheets for Marshalls again.  I did get a beautiful little round Velvet pillow that I like; it's perfect. I love it.  I bought two coats for my dog and my sister's dog that I like. My roommate did point out that the clip on the coat isn't really secure there should be a hole and so you can clip through the to the harness below.  My hands are not as strong as theyused to be I'll probably replace the snaps with velcro. I do like coat though. It looks like those old '70s coats we were all forced to wear. It's got that silky shiny feel so it's easy to put on and take off. I've used a coat like that before but I had flannel inside and it is velcroed and then the velcro sticks to the flannel inside this is just all silky inside and outside and it does other Clips but I will be putting Velcro on it. I do like the coat it is cute. They have a lot of cute items if you have pets. And I do have a lot of good baby stuff. They do have a lot of awesome kitchen stuff. They do have a lot of varieties of things. I don't know how things wear after time other than the sheets. I don't dislike Home Goods they have some nice stuff but I will not get sheets for them again.

We placed an online order for bedsheets for in-store pickup at the JCPenney location in Wilton, NY, at a confirmed price of $52.42. We received no communication about the order all day and were only notified that it had been cancelled ten minutes before the store closed. The next day, we went to the store to understand what happened. The associate at the pickup counter told us the item was sold out. That statement was inaccurate. I walked about fifty feet from the counter and found the exact same bedsheet set on the sales floor, along with four additional identical sets still available. When we brought the item to the counter, the explanation changed. We were told the order may have been cancelled because it was considered a "doorbuster" and that the store would not honor the online price. When scanned, it rang up at over $75, more than $20 higher than the original online price. Another customer waiting in line immediately commented that the same thing had happened to her before and predicted they would refuse to honor the online price. We asked to speak with a manager to resolve what should have been a simple issue. We waited, and no manager came. When we followed up, we were told it would be another ten to fifteen minutes. The store was nearly empty on a Sunday afternoon, which made the lack of engagement even more frustrating. Based on both our experience and the confirmation from another customer in line, this location appears to have a pattern of cancelling online orders and refusing to honor advertised pricing, and it needs to be called out. This could have been easily resolved with basic customer service and management involvement. Instead, we were left feeling misled and dismissed. We will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to be cautious when placing online orders at this location.
