Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. The website to set everything up was very easy and nice to be able to pick exactly what songs we wanted for different parts of the night so Ron could get a feel for what type of music we were looking for. He took the time to meet with me and my daughter and to carefully learn the names of everyone in her wedding party and worked with us to build a playlist for her wedding. He gave us great advice in creating a timeline for her wedding reception and executed it seamlessly on her wedding day. He was on time, professional, full of energy and made my daughters wedding reception a blast. He played the perfect songs at the right times so the dance floor was never empty! They also arrived with a baby in a chest carrier, which I wasn't expecting for a professional event service. Another frustration was that they couldn't print photos on-site as advertised, at least without waiting and the photographer saying "if you really need me to print it I can try to figure it out" For much of the event, the photographer was unavailable, and there was little communication about where they were or when they'd be back. Overall, the experience didn't meet my expectations, and I wouldn't choose this service again.
