What bothered me most was the customer service. The conversation felt rude and unprofessional from the start. After I simply said "okay," he immediately hung up without asking if I still wanted to schedule an appointment, even though that was the reason for my call. Based on that interaction alone, I would not feel comfortable bringing my dog here. If someone is dismissive and disrespectful to potential customers, it naturally raises concerns about the level of care and professionalism they provide.
