After several unsuccessful and expensive attempts at buying a faja after my BBL I was recommended to visit The Pink Room. My experience was phenomenal! I immediately entered a beautiful store with pleasant and friendly store attendants ready to assist. Camila was knowledgeable, patient, and eager to accommodate all my questions and hesitations. The changing room is so PRETTY! You feel like royalty with satin robes, diamond like accessories everywhere and a beautiful table to lay on while changing into your faja. I found the perfect faja (again, after almost 5 horrible faja experiences). The faja feels decadent, extremely well made, smooth inside and with minimal compression on my hips/backside--with firm compression on the abdomen (what you want after a bbl). The faja was priced similar to the poorly made ones I bought just weeks earlier--but 10X better! Then after paying they gifted me with 4 beautiful assorted underwear that wrapped so beautifully. The Pink Room Shapewear is the Ferrari of Faja's ! I first visited The Pink Room after having lipo with Dr. Shahine in NY. What I loved about my experience was the kindness of the ladies. I was at the old location in Elizabeth, which was very nice. I was in a lot of pain, I had just had my post op massage. The lady that was doing my post op massages, is from Colombia, and advised me to get the top of the line faja, if I wanted extremely good results. I was told the brand "Forma Tu Cuerpo is "the best" to wear 24/7 due to its extreme comfort, and shaping capabilities. The faja I purchased was a Stage 1 & Stage 2 which meant that I did not have to purchase 2 separate faja's. The faja is only sold to select merchants in the US, and they are more expensive than the other brands. When I researched the brand, The Pink Room carried the faja. What I learned was the garment was higher buying directly from the surgeons office. My first faja was a XXL, it took 2 ladies to get me into the faja. Once I was gently put into the faja my pain was less, my swelling went down within weeks. My curves were insane, I could not have asked for a better experience. I wore my faja for 6 months, it felt uncomfortable when I did not wear the faja. I had a lot of inflammation. After 6 months of wearing my faja, I dropped 2 sizes (Colombian sizes run small). I bought a different brand that was not forma tu cuerpo, and that faja was uncomfortable. After having fully body lipo, and a TT in Colombia. When I arrived back into the US I stopped at the new location in Union which is absolutely stunning! I love the personal attention, the silk bath robes you wear before you try on the garment. The elegance of the table you lay on so that the ladies can help you get into the garment. I loved being properly measured, and given my measurements. This boutique is an experience for ladies that only like the finer shopping experience. I would never shop anywhere else for my faja's except this place. While I was shopping, I bumped into a mutual friend of a very popular NYC radio station. When I am at media events I always get complimented on how sleek, my dresses, skirts, and pants look in person as well as my online pictures (no photoshop) my secret is the Pink Room. I decided to share the boutique here, because I get so many emails asking where to get the best faja, and what brand do I recommend, and where to buy. The Pink Room hands down is the best, and their 5 Star reviews on social media seem to agree. I also buy my calendula flower, calendula cream, ab boards, Colombian dark blue jeans, and the beautiful gifts, that are given as a thank you, always makes me feel good. Maria (the owner) and her staff are extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. I go there quite often and have been going since they opened some years ago. Its gorgeous in there! Tastefully decorated and always clean every time I visit. The store carries wonderful products - Shapewear garments in every size, clothes and other cute trinkets. The quality is SECOND TO NONE and the prices are definitely competitive. Don't shop here if you're not looking for surgery garments. I went to get fitted for a bra and they only took one measurement. I had no experience getting fitted so I trusted them, big mistake. I bought three bras on their recommendation and while they fit nicely in the fitting room, they don't work well in every day life. My breasts were spilling out of the cups 5 minutes after I put it on. And you can't return garments for anything other than store credit. As if I'd shop at this trash store again. read more

I went to The Pink Room looking for a compression garment following my liposuction procedure. Marisol took care of me. She was very knowledgeable about different garments, she answered all my questions and guided me in the right direction with no pressure. I adore this place. It's so worth my one hour drive. They have every type of undergarment and/or post-surgery garment you can think of! The ladies are always so sweet, helpful and patient with me. They take your measurements and help me find the proper under garments for my body and assist with getting each one on and off. The decor is gorgeous. The place is spotless and it's just the perfect spot for the girlie girl like myself. Garments are pricey like they are everywhere else. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I'm currently writing my 4th email as even the very first one has still gone unanswered. I placed the order on Sunday, 7/30. Please explain to me how I pay extra for UPS (that's UPS folks, not USPS) 3 day shipping, the next day I'm sent USPS tracking information and the product sits there for 4 BUSINESS DAYS???!!! The USPS label is shown as being created in Elizabeth, NJ on 8/2 and I live in Upstate NY. The next day, the product is THEN SHOWING in RIVERVIEW, FLORIDA!!! That's when I write my next email trying to get answers and sending screen shots of everything. Two days go by and again, I hear nothing so I send another email. Yesterday, 8/6, I get bounce back messages that the emails didn't go through because of the screen shots. *** JEEZ *** Never had issues with anyone's gmail account before, go figure. So, that's 3 business days before a label is even created, not to mention it's for a different shipping company than I actually paid for, then it goes 6 states down the east coast when I live in it's NEIGHBORING STATE!!! All in the span of 8 days and the item is still not in hand!!! Next stop, The Better Business Bureau. read more

I had a good experience in the shop and the salesperson took her time with me. BUT---- the (expensive) piece I bought ended up far too big on me and I went to return it. When I asked about the return process, I was told that purchases made at the store in Union are NOT RETURNABLE, and that only items purchased on the web are returnable. Not only is this completely unclear on the website, but nowhere on any of the receipts does it provide that items aren't returnable, nor was I informed. This also makes NO sense since they accept returns from the website, after all. Had I any idea, I never ever would have gone to the shop! I'm now out nearly $90. HORRIBLE SERVICE! read more

First I'd like to say that this place is beautiful. Very feminine boutique with pink and white walls and chandelier. Very clean with a high end look to rival any store on Madison Ave in NYC. That said, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions, measured me, offered good advice and did not pressure me. The store offers all brands of compression garments/fajas (D'Prada, Annette, Salome, etc), Colombian jeans, abdominal and back boards, post op garments (first and second stage) as well as everyday types, butt-lifting leggings, lingerie, dresses and jewelry. And they have dressing rooms to try it all on! Highly recommend. But nothing in life is perfect so there is one drawback: the parking isn't the best. Once you find a parking space, bring that credit card in and start shopping! read more

They did not fulfill an overnight order (charged over $100 for overnight AM shipping), refused to send out another item, & refused to credit me until UPS finished their investigation. This was after they were informed this was a purchase for post surgery & had to be received that day. They said it was their company policy not to help their customers since it was out of their hands. absolutely disgusting to be in the service industry & show no customer service. All of this was after they refused to take my call the first time because they were too busy with other customers in the store, appalling. read more
