It makes my nails hard. I explained this over the phone to the "owner". I arrived and picked out the toe color. As you can see the color match is horrible. I'm almost 40 with glow in the dark dip powder nails. (See attached photo) One nail doesn't have even color distribution compared to the rest. When the guy was finished and I tried to explain that it wasn't done right he threw a fit in an Attempt to make me feel stupid. Well it worked. Lots of tears shed.
