This salon is located in north park mall and is right next door to the old line leopard. If you park at the door that says Jerome's or rococo you'll be able to walk right in! It was very obvious that i was a first timer because my pedicure took a total of about an hour and several people came in while i was there asking for their specific person they requested and everyone knew one another. This salon does both nails and hair. Nothing fancy but definitely clean and quiet. No techs took phone calls while they were doing your toes and gave you their 100% attention which was a nice change. Their pedicure prices start at $30 and go up to $50. I got the middle one and got a sea salt scrub and warm towels also got callous removal as well. My tech was super sweet. Her massage wasn't as deep or as long as I'm spoiled to. Overall it was a great spot and i see while so many people enjoy this spot i just probably will go back to my place only because i like my long foot massage and deep pressure not to mention it's $15 cheaper. I had to kindly ask her to stop and start drilling them off as she ripped off a huge chunk of my pinky nail - literally left such a big gap that now nearly three weeks later my pinky nail fell off. Truly, I'm not one to bash or write a post for the hell of it. I don't trust their practices after this & will not be returning.

I don't even get polish, so the focus should have been on proper cuticle care, trimming, and buffing. Unfortunately, none of that was done correctly. My skin was not trimmed properly, my toes were not buffed evenly, and the overall service felt rushed and careless. The technician appeared distracted because she was also responsible for another client's fingernails. As soon as that client's pedicure was finished, my service felt rushed just so she could move on. I spoke up about the quality of the service while I was still there, and there was really no meaningful remedy offered. Instead of charging me the full $30, she reduced it to $20. I appreciate the discount, the reality is I'm still going to have to pay for another pedicure somewhere else to have it done correctly. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. A pedicure should feel relaxing and thorough, even without polish. I did not receive that level of care here. I hope management addresses the quality of service and ensures clients receive the attention they are paying for.

Final nail in the coffin was when she went digging around in what appeared to be her junk drawer and under her money to pull out cuticle nippers...no cleaning whatsoever. She is nice, personable, meticulous with her work. I receive a fill every other week and my last appointment asked if she can do fresh acrylic since too much lifting. I appreciate the ask vs. automatically saying it needs to be done. I look forward to my appointments as I know my nails will look great after Lucy is done. The shop is welcoming and very, very clean.
