Rose did my pedi and she was thorough and was sure to make sure that everything was comfortable and not too hot. The staff also makes sure that they offer drinks if you are thirsty. My manicurist did my nails while I was also getting my pedi. My nails are very thin, brittle, split easily and grow somewhat curved but they were both able to make them look so pretty! When I arrived I was happily greeted by two ladies, but they seemed distracted. They were more engaged in their perosnal conversation than attending to me. I tried not to read too into it and just give it a shot. I requested a pedicure with gel and dip with tips for my manicure. Only one lady was doing both services at the same time, but it was quite disorganized. As I was attempting to remain patient, give it shot, I started to notice some things: 1) trimmed beard hair on the floor near the pedicure chairs, 2) dust and grime here, there, and everywhere 3) no employees wearing gloves, 4) a very strong mildew smell, and 5) noticing the equipment was very old.
