Went to buy a pen. Asked them for the most expensive one, puffco. I purchase thinking it would be a good pen. Puffco plus is the type of pen. First they charged me 100 when the pen is 70 bucks on their website. When I asked them after I went back why they charged me so much more they couldn't give me a straightforward answer. I asked them if they could replace the atomizer since I feel it coulda been a issue with the pen they sold me. They told me to contact the company. They don't try to really help you and their service sucks. They coulda replaced it and them do the replacing. They tax here and claim they're only making 5 bucks. Lol. I had been buying from here for years. Unfortunately, I had my final visit today. I bought two batteries the weekend prior. They seemed used when I unpackaged/used and gave them the benefit of the doubt to try. Had never had any bad quality from here. One worked fine and the other had issues. Screws started coming off and it was not working the same as the other. I tried to come by to exchange, I did not ask for my money back. The same guy that sold to me remembered me and began to explain that it wouldn't do that unless someone was messing with it. I told him he was basically implying I'm lying and all I'm asking for is an exchange, not my money back. He continued to explain that it wouldn't do it on its own and started showing me others. Their unwillingness to give a customer the benefit of the doubt, just made me feel its not worth returning. I left the battery behind, because it just wasn't functioning. read more

Easily the best shop I have been to in the IE. The guy behind the counter was extremely friendly and didn't mind answering a few of my questions on their glass even though he knew I wouldn't be buying today. The prices here were fair and I know I'll be upgrading here in the future thanks to his customer service. I did get a replacement piece for my cheap water pipe and it was only $3! I was stoked on that. Also, every wrap I've bought in the IE has been stale and flavorless besides this shop! The guy let me feel it and I could tell they would be smoking just fine. Ok so I went to go buy a torch two days ago. Staff wasn't friendly whatsoever. Before I bought the item I asked it wasn't going to break as soon as I go home? as soon as I got home the torch was not working. Had to press it twenty times just to get a light. Tried to return/refund but wouldn't give it to me even tho I was there just 30 min ago. They replaced it and it that same day the new torch stopped working. Worst service ever from beginning to end...I miss the old crew! The male Representative helping us was not useful at all. First off he seemed way too jittery to be even focusing, maybe you shouldn't be working? Plus, pointing at products will not help your customer make their decision. But if you guys actually would have demonstrated something for me or actually tried selling me something I probably would have been more enthusiastic and purchased more than I did. Today's experience escalated when not only did the representative give me an excuse why he couldn't give me my change back, but he couldn't easily take initiative and ask for more money from his manager before I could become impatient. He couldn't even count my change back correctly! Pipe King needs their competent & passionate individuals that care about there self image again... If you're thinking of buying a pipe from a variety store, think again. While other smoke shops cater to all smokers - tobacco, hookah, etc. - the pipe king does only one thing, and they do it very, very well. They are simply the best in the pipe retail sector. I needed a new piece and Bryan educated me on all of their glass, especially the scientific pieces. He was knowledgable, thorough and really a true expert on all things pipe related.
