Phenomenal smokes, quality and customer service. Great recommendations for first timers. 10/10

You can't beat this place for selection this is really my first chance to visit a cigar bar that has both indoor and outdoor seating it has a bar and it's amazing! For the nervous cigar person that I am I was very fortunate that the people that own this place and the customers are extremely well-informed, very polite and this environment is one of the few places you get to experience the beauty of living in an environment where people are free to discuss what they want, and listen to each other... None could've captivated that essence better than having a cigar out on the exterior porch which is covered, and as a television. The wine selection is incredible... I shut pictures just to give you an idea of the wide variety of offerings but they also keep several coolers full of colder beverages for those of you that enjoy beer, or some of the flavored seltzer waters that have alcohol in them too. Why would anybody want to come here? Well that is extremely easy you can walk in with as little as five dollars and come out with a quality cigar and enough information to make a purchase all the way up to the most expensive cigar in the house... There kept in an incredibly well preserved humidified room... Again, if you like selection variety and want to learn about some thing that is truly classic this is where you start, and this is where you will finish I can't say enough good things about this place what a wonderful experience today was! Also I had to have an A&W root beer with my cigar lol!

I'm a novice cigar buff. My dad smoked em. I do love coming here cause they're patient and I learn a lot. Cigar places on west side are too cool for school. Cigar Exchange hasn't done me wrong on their recommendations . Love the Connecticuts

Bought an empty box for $3 and filled it with a variety from The Exchange.

The atmosphere is always welcoming, especially on live music nights. The owner is incredibly friendly and makes it a point to personally connect with every guest, which makes the experience feel even more special and intimate. It is a smaller venue, so I highly recommend making reservations if you want guaranteed seating because once the live music starts, the place fills up FAST. But every single time I go, it's always a great experience. One thing I truly love most about this spot is how it naturally brings people together. I've met new friends just by sitting, chatting, and enjoying the music and wine. It's such a positive and inviting environment. If you're ever in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by and showing support. And I absolutely have to add it's a Black-owned business, so let's continue supporting and pouring into businesses that create spaces like this for the community.

Bad time to come because we felt unwelcome. Limited to where we can sit. "It's reserved" Pros - lots of free parking - cute decor - good charcuterie board - waitress was nice Cons - I didn't like any of my wine - bad pour for the price - Boring I won't be back. There wasn't anything memorable.

During halftime I noticed they changed the channel to UFC. It appears there was one other patron interested. The rest of us were watching soccer. I asked the bartender to change the channel back, I then gave him a 20 dollar tip. Within 5 minutes it was changed back to UFC. A man who identified himself as the owner said he changed back to UFC as my tip gesture to bartender was not appreciated by owner. I told him that I would not have had to ask to change back in the first place as the soccer game was already on. I was eventually kicked out for my actions. Fine with me, I grew up less than a mile from PWM. Been to many tap take-overs and I smoke cigars. Suffice to say, I will not be going back. Nor will my cousin. These actions were unbecoming of a proprietor. The game was already on, he changed channel for his own interest, which I guess you can as the owner. I did notice a new faces working there. Good luck with the new regime, you will need it. Business partners beware! This guy is not a store manager and exercised his authority for self interests.

We were first introduced to one another by the previous owners, Mary and Jim, during one of their events--little did we know those introductions would grow into lifelong friendships. Over the years, our Wednesday Wine Nights became a tradition we all cherished. When we learned that the shop was going up for sale, we were understandably nervous. We wondered what would happen if it didn't sell--where would we go? And if it did sell, what if the new owners changed the shop in ways we didn't love? What if we didn't connect with them the way we had with Mary and Jim, who had become family to us? Then it happened, the shop sold. We were introduced to Maria and Veronica, and it was truly love at first meeting. They are two of the kindest, most welcoming women, and they have brought fresh ideas and wonderful energy to the shop. Our Wednesday Wine Nights continue today, and we are grateful to have gained new friends in Maria, Veronica, and their families, who help run this warm, family-operated business. The Third Street Wine Shop remains a place where you are welcomed the moment you walk in--where the owners make you feel like you're their only guests. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a tasting, a glass, or a bottle of exceptional wine, paired with one of their beautiful charcuterie boards or other delicious snacks. And for those who prefer beer, they offer a great selection of local craft options as well. We hope to see you there soon!
