Im 65 ... old as sin... know my cigars... I come into buy a couple of sticks for the wife and I...yo smoke on the patio Go in to the humidor and i am immediately followed in by a person who works their and starts asking me questions ... Im ok with that happens in a lot if places.. I let him know im ok ... he leaves... not less than 3 minutes later the guy from behind the counter comes in and starts with 50 questions ... and does not leave ... WTF... part of having a large humidor is giving the customer the freedom to explore the brands ... NOT HERE... apparently they want to make you uncomfortable ... so you leave as quickly as possible .. I bought 2 over priced cigars .. so i could just get the hell out and they would leave me alone... Im not coming back ... dont need BS.. i would recommend you visit..LORDSBERG TAVERN ... in LA vern... they dont really sell cigars ... but you can smoke outside on the patio ... have a drink ... great selection of beers and great food.. And Fabulous service But i digress... the wine and beer bar are ok ... although their wine by the glass is nothing to great mediocre at best .. read more

My first time in any Cigar joint as An old friend from Boston was looking for this type of spot. Well if he wasn't impressed, I surely was. Looked very vintage & smelled amazing. We had to get buzzed in & Gabby behind the counter was extremely gracious & informative. I learned quite a bit in the short time I was there. Friday Saturday cigar lounge has music anywhere between blues and oldies jazz. Sometimes there's like 20 people playing in the band. Sometimes there's only four but the atmosphere is great take your friends, your mom and dad that like to drink and smoke cigars outside. Have a good time. Bad service. Stood at the bar it looked like the bartenders were busy so I was waiting for them to be finished. Only 2 other ppl at the bar btw and they had already been served. They hadn't acknowledged us yet I assume it was because they were busy cleaning. You can't beat this place for selection this is really my first chance to visit a cigar bar that has both indoor and outdoor seating it has a bar and it's amazing! For the nervous cigar person that I am I was very fortunate that the people that own this place and the customers are extremely well-informed, very polite and this environment is one of the few places you get to experience the beauty of living in an environment where people are free to discuss what they want, and listen to each other... None could've captivated that essence better than having a cigar out on the exterior porch which is covered, and as a television. The wine selection is incredible... I shut pictures just to give you an idea of the wide variety of offerings but they also keep several coolers full of colder beverages for those of you that enjoy beer, or some of the flavored seltzer waters that have alcohol in them too. Why would anybody want to come here? Well that is extremely easy you can walk in with as little as five dollars and come out with a quality cigar and enough information to make a purchase all the way up to the most expensive cigar in the house... There kept in an incredibly well preserved humidified room... This is a really nice place to enjoy a cigar (or two). I was visiting from out of town, and it was close by to where we had dinner, so took a chance. So glad we did. Very spacious with lots of comfortable seating. Plenty of TVs around if you want to watch sports. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Will be back next time I'm in town. read more

Whenever we have questions about cigars or need a recommendation to try something new James has the answer, he is very knowledgeable with cigars, we have tried Crown Head, Recluse, some of the ones he recommended and are quite great I really enjoyed the Recluse(white wrap) looking forward to more coming in, there is nice seating area outside to enjoy your smoke and hear good music on Friday and Saturday night. This place is awesome! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by James, one of the cigar experts (coincidentally that was exactly what I was looking for). I was on vacation and jonesing for a stogie and this place happened to come up on my search...and I was glad for it! James escorted me into the walk-in humidor and we struck up a conversation like old buddies. Matter of fact, when a couple of regulars walked in they chimed in, oftentimes ribbing James, which made the place even inviting! Did James show me the expensive cigars? Yes. Did James show me the less expensive ones? Yes. Did he push anything on me? NO. Matter of fact, I'd already spent a bundle on my vacation and wasn't sure I was going to even buy anything but because James didn't push...I did! And I'm going back to get more because I LOVED the smoke James recommended. Great place! Great products! Great staff! Great regulars! Great ambiance! In reading some of the negative reviews did I come in on one of the better days for this place?? I doubt it. This place is one of the -- not exactly unsung, but insufficiently sung -- gems of Upland. The wine selection is good and the cigar selection is excellent; regarding wines, in particular, I have found Italian and French reds that compare favorably with what a larger establishment like Liquorama can offer, and at decent prices, too. Folks are quite friendly to strangers (by no means something to take for granted in the hip bar scene) and the ambience is pleasant, both indoors at the boor, and outdoors at the patio. The architecture of the Train Depot is intriguing. Most importantly, on Friday and Saturday nights they have live music -- a wide variety of soloists and little groups ranging from jazz to rock and folk. read more

So, I was looking for a place to buy cigars near my store, Dreamland Family Mattress 2 that I opened on Foothill Boulevard, and I noticed this place here in Upland had five out of five star ranking I decided I'd go and give them a shot and I'm glad I did. It's located directly next to the railroad tracks on the north side and as I walk in I was greeted promptly. It looks like this would be a pretty good place to hang out and have a cigar as well out on their kind of outdoor covered patio, but this was the middle of the day and I needed to get back to work so I just went into the cigar humidor The humidor itself is pretty large there is a variety pack of Brands, fortunately for me they carry one of my favorites which is La Gloria Cubana Serie R.... and the price on that was a few dollars less than I've seen it most places for so I was a happy camper. So the place is nice, the people are friendly, the humidor is well-stocked, and the prices are great! What more could you ask for? Happy yelping! read more

Nice comfy place, nestled right along the Metrolink tracks in Upland. The shop is very welcoming and friendly to new faces and their regulars. Humidor is well stocked and the hosts, are very knowledgeable about their sticks. The day I visited on 5/22/19, it rained heavy and was unusually California cool that day.
