This is an off the menu healthy breakfast. Scrabbled eggs with grilled veggies - broccoli, carrots, squash n cauliflower. Very good.

Stopped in on recommendation of my brother. If you like the small town cafe diners type, this is a good one. Had breakfast and it was all homemade, as nothing frozen or instant. It's a bit off 45, but if your not in a hurry, worth the detour. Nice place for a bike ride stop if you in the area northwest of Huntsville. No alcohol. So, been coming in here for over 2 yrs, every two or three months. The ladies remember me, coffee is good and food is great. If you're looking for a Starbucks type place, this ain't it. But, if you're looking for what America used to be, this is it.

    Don't miss it.

I pass through Bedias about every third month driving between Katy and Dallas and try to stop in at the Pit Stop Cafe for breakfast or lunch when time allows. I have been coming here for about 5 years and have never had a bad meal or service. Their coffee is hot and plentiful, and their food is served prompt and fresh. They have a pretty normal menu, with inexpensive pricing. If I stop in for breakfast, they make me a veggie scramble on their flattop grill that can't be beat. If I stop by for lunch, they grill me up a chicken breast and chop it up into the scramble. The lady who owns it and the lady who works the counter are as friendly as you could ask for. This is most definitely a locals place, but they make everyone feel right at home. If you are looking for a high-end place, with Instagram worthy food presentation, this is not for you. If you want good food, great service and friendly people, you could do no better than the Pit St Highly recommend.

Stacked Breakfast: Biscuits and Gravy, over easy eggs, bacon, hash browns.

New location off the path, but worth the find! Amazing service, atmosphere and wonderful food! A Lot cooler and more roomy too.

Walk up counter service with a menu split neatly into cold cut and oven baked sandwiches. Going with the Devito, my mind was thoroughly blown by how flavorful the red sauce and meats were all together, it had a combination of textures from the crusty bread cured cuts that made it fun to chew through every bite. My Stallone was also just such a pleasant mix of flavor with the pesto playing a bigger role on the cold cut options. This is one of the places where I feel like you can spin the wheel and get a winner with whatever fate decides. Things seem pretty easy and affordable here. Portions were pretty big here and around $12-$15 a sandwich, more than enough for a single person with some for a midnight snack later. There's a good bit of seating inside with some red gingham table clothes to eat over. It's worth the visit if your in Montgomery or after a day on the Lake!

I'd have to say, the sandwich was pretty life changing and it's something I want to try to replicate, but likely can't 100%. Although they have many sandwiches to choose from, the Stallone was the one recommended to me. The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and has a concoction of pesto, cheese, tomato and garlic? Inside it's LOADED with capicola, ham, salami, soppresata, and provolone. The sandwich was definitely a flavor bomb and I still think about it til this day. I would love to go back and try some other sandwiches of theirs too!

Loved that they took an older building from the 60's and restored everything they could versus tearing it all down and rebuilding. It has an old saloon feel but shockingly it was a drug store. I'm almost wondering if before then it was actually a saloon but the waitress was amazing and although busy on a Valentine's Day, took the time to give us the history of the decor. Considering she was taking care of most tables on her own that day she rocked it! On to the food, the breadsticks, were unfortunately not appealing. They reminded me of Olive Garden's breadsticks and the marinara sauce served with them was cold. They weren't terrible. Just not what we were expecting. The side Caesar was fresh and I saw someone in the reviews not like the dressing but I actually thought it was great. Now that cheese pizza, DELICIOUS! If they would just use the crust from the pizza for their breadsticks and make it like a cheesy bread, I think it would make them next level. The balance of the sauce, cheese and crust were perfect. We were also impressed that there wasn't much grease from the cheese that dripped all over the place like most pizzas do and the crust was cooked all the way through keeping each bite consistently good. We're definitely proud of our old neighbor and would recommend this spot if you're in the area.
