This family owned establishment offers so much. First hand you are greeted with the most friendly southern "Welcome y'all"! Friendly and patient staff is always a great start. The place is cute, think if a southern tea time deli. Lots of local patrons. Food was good too. ATS sandwich on sweet white sourdough came with turkey, avocado, lettuce, tomato, cheese and Mayo. Soft bread, fresh produce and juicy turkey made this one a winner. Someone told me they had the best potato salad in the state... I don't know about all of that BUT theirs is pretty solid and I would definitely give it another try.

Power Bowl!!!

I first came to this deli when it opened 4 years ago. Took a chance and tried the Power Bowl! I still remember how much I loved it then and still do now!! You walk in and are greeted with a smile from the staff at the counter. It is very bright and colorful inside! You order at the counter. Menus can be found on the stand on the left. They offer tons of options from sandwiches, pitas, soups, salads, paninis, quiche, wraps, and bowls!!! They have a daily soup that is served everyday. Monday- broccoli cheese, Tuesday- Tomato Basil, Wednesday- Baked Potato, Thursday- Tortilla, Friday- Chicken Enchilada. I am obsessed with the Falafel Power Bowl!!! Quinoa, 3 bean salad, lettuce, avocado, falafel, and green side dressing!!! It is the best lunch I've ever had!! The dressing is spicy and delicious!!! Overall this deli has a huge selection of healthy options for breakfast or lunch!! Make sure you stop in and give them a try!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Passing through Huntsville at lunchtime and decided to visit a favored spot. We enjoyed our lunch at Five Loaves last time and this trip did not disappoint us. We had not trouble parking since the restaurant shares a large lot with other businesses. Ordering at the window, we both ordered deli sandwiches with turkey and Swiss cheese on wheat bread. We shared a pasta salad. Sandwiches were very good as was the pasta salad. Restaurant was clean and seating was at a premium since lunchtime was very busy. We found a high-top table for two by the window that was nice. Our food was delivered by the kitchen staff. Self service tea was as good as one would expect. Overall it was a nice lunch stop and soon we were on our way. I posted a copy of the menu for your dining pleasure. Bon appetit!

Food is so freaking good. College staple, been going strong for 14 years. Country home cooking, so delicious. What are you doing, stop reading and go already.

If you're visiting Huntsville TX or go to Sam Houston State University, eat at five loaves! This is my favorite restaurant in Huntsville. They are a deli and close at 3-4 pm weekly, closed Sunday. Why are they the best? They: -Serve breakfast -Have Wifi -Bake fresh bread -Have a large menu -affordable half order portion options -Have HEALTHY food and comfort food! -vegan, keto, vegetarian options -superfoods like chia pudding & alfalfa sprouts! -have a sweet and welcoming staff that remember your name ! Pay Five Loaves a visit and enjoy lunch with a friend or an early solo breakfast. You won't regret it!! (Be mindful they do have a lunch rush sometimes!)

Small establishment, but very good food. Healthy and fresh sandwiches. The wait is a bit long however, worth the wait.

Just about the most satisfying Italian Sandwich dive that you could find in the state of Texas and…read moreit's right off Lake Conroe of all places. Walk up counter service with a menu split neatly into cold cut and oven baked sandwiches. Going with the Devito, my mind was thoroughly blown by how flavorful the red sauce and meats were all together, it had a combination of textures from the crusty bread cured cuts that made it fun to chew through every bite. My Stallone was also just such a pleasant mix of flavor with the pesto playing a bigger role on the cold cut options. This is one of the places where I feel like you can spin the wheel and get a winner with whatever fate decides. Things seem pretty easy and affordable here. Portions were pretty big here and around $12-$15 a sandwich, more than enough for a single person with some for a midnight snack later. There's a good bit of seating inside with some red gingham table clothes to eat over. It's worth the visit if your in Montgomery or after a day on the Lake!

I'd have to say, the sandwich was pretty life changing and it's something I want to try to replicate, but likely can't 100%. Although they have many sandwiches to choose from, the Stallone was the one recommended to me. The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and has a concoction of pesto, cheese, tomato and garlic? Inside it's LOADED with capicola, ham, salami, soppresata, and provolone. The sandwich was definitely a flavor bomb and I still think about it til this day. I would love to go back and try some other sandwiches of theirs too!

I was recommended the turkey melt from an employee and let me tell you, it's amazing. I've also sampled the meatball and the chicken parmigiana sandwich. All excellent choices! It's counter service, and always quick when I go. Lines can get long at peak hours. Not a ton of tables so you may wait a minute or two for a table to open up. Super casual. Super food. Solid price. I've had sandwiches in NYC and Boston, but Tony's were definitely better! The menu is overwhelming because so much sounds good, so we went with two 7 inch sandwiches to split--one hot and one cold. Although a helpful tip from the cashier is that you can order any cold sandwich hot. We had the Lucky Luciano (hot) and the Sophia (cold). Both were really good--it was hard to choose between the two. But if I'm being honest, that cold sandwich was reminiscent of subs I loved in the early 2000s from places that no longer exist...with that super thinly sliced turkey, thick slice of Swiss cheese, and basil mayo--it really hit the spot. We also had a cannolo--not as good as others I've had. The bottled root beer was delightful. The Lucky Luciano was the kind of sandwich I came here for, and don't get me wrong, it is deliciously cheesy and will make your hands messy. But the Sophia is the kind of sandwich I'll be craving. My only regret was not taking a sandwich to-go for later. Open a location closer to Houston, please. :)

I had a few basic questions about their products and pricing, and it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff just by asking. There was little effort to explain options or provide recommendations. The store itself also seemed disorganized and not as clean as I would expect from a meat market. The display cases didn't look well-maintained, and some products appeared poorly labeled, making it hard to tell what I was purchasing. On top of that, the pricing didn't reflect the level of quality or service provided. I expected better overall professionalism and attention to detail. Based on this visit, I wouldn't return or recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made in customer service and store upkeep.
