I've been to the Goodwill a hundred times and never noticed this tiny pizza storefront, which tells them they should consider putting up a neon sign! I'm from Chicago (and a bit of a pizza snob), so I love deep dish and thin crust. I also love Detroit style pizza (Moto in West Seattle). The Pizza Gallery is right in the middle. Normally, thicker crust isn't my go-to, but their ingredients are simply delicious. The Billy the Kid has thick cut brisket which was perfectly cooked with crazy good BBQ sauce; the Butcher had crispy sausage, lean ham, pepperoni and we added baked tomatoes. Delicious. Added bonus: the crust had that charred, blackened cheese exterior like Detroit style. DELICIOUS. They specialize in a toppings-heavy, thick chewy dough type of pie that's satisfying and packs a caloric punch. Definitely recommend a half and half of the South Pacific and South of the Border. Pizza gallery easily made one of my top pizza choices in the Seattle area on just my first try there. We had the Masterpiece which was loaded with everything and was so good. I think it wouldn't matter which pizza you get as long as you choose one that has your favorite toppings because what makes this pizza good is there's not too much crust, the edges of the crust are crispy, and there are a load of quality toppings. In a city that is overloaded with wood fired oven pizzas with blistered/burnt crust, It is so nice to find a pizzeria that is putting out a quality traditional Americanized pizza pie. They have some other menu items such as wings, ribs, and bread, but I really want to try a calzone from there. It will definitely be a return destination. read more

This has been my go-to Pizza place for years. I always order the Masterpiece, large and a large Pepperoni. The last two times I've picked up my order I noticed they have considerably reduced the size of the large Masterpiece and ESPECIALLY the amount of toppings. If you need to charge more, charge more; but don't raise the price and then also reduce the quality of the product. NOPE, I WON'T BE GOING BACK. Very disappointed. I cannot stop thinking about the 5lb pizza. What's the 5lb pizza like? Well I imagined it would be just another deep-dish-heavy-ass pizza that had too thick of crust, too much cheese and a thin layer of toppings.... But the guys (any girls) at the Pizza Gallery have turned this allllllllll the way around. If you looked at the cross section of this pizza it would be 1 part (in height) crust and 2.5 parts toppings. It's just so much toppings and it's awesome!! If you're worried that perhaps that would lead the crust to be soggy....Nope! Somehow they are able to keep that crust so nice and crispy. I think it's the one whole layer of ham that lines the crust perhaps that prevents the moisture from the toppings from making the crust soggy? I don't know. And I don't care. Man this place is like a hidden gym. And deserve all the recondition they're are absolutely amazingly good. Haven't had one bad pizza been here 3 times and it was lit every time. Everybody here is super great and love they job. It's in a big parking lot. So plenty of places to park. And free parking at that. The delivery service is also amazing. Which I use a lot . Super easy and on time. But you definitely gotta come down here and try it. The bread sticks are really good to. The only thing I don't like is the ranch here. I sure wish they get a different ranch it's is very important to have a really good ranch.other then that you will not be disappointed. They also do random types of pizza. The pizza from Pizza Gallery is unlike any other pizza place I have tried. It is in a whole other ballpark compared to the big chains like Pizza Hut and Domino's. The way they make their dough/crust actually makes you want to eat the crust. While I love the pizza, the online ordering system is misleading. First, nowhere in the ordering process are you informed that there is a delivery fee. And unless you look carefully to see it added to your total, you won't see it. Shady and sneaky. As a UX design professional, a business should alert customers of all charges up front, and let them make the choice as to whether or not they would like to continue. Next, the online ordering system will send you occasional 10% off promo code. The issue with this is that when you click on the link in the email to take advantage of the promo, it isn't added. Again, shady and sneaky. You have to go back to the email and copy & paste the code. This is contrary to the whole point of including a link that says REDEEM. Everything about this hopes that you will not pay extra close attention. Then, when you copy & paste the code, if you're only ordering one pizza, an alert pops up: "Something went wrong. With the discount applied, your order amount is below the $18.99 minimum for delivery." Wait, what?! This wasn't disclosed in the email, either! Therefore I cannot take advantage of the offer unless I spend more money, negating the perceived savings. I did research on other local pizza delivery restaurants in the area, and while Yelp may tell you that they include a delivery charge (which they should), some do not - see my photos for restaurants that do such as Pizza Palace and Bella Luna Pizza and Pasta. Other Restaurants that link outside of Yelp, similar to The Pizza Gallery, do tell you whether or not there's a charge before you order. Examples: Proletariat Pizza shows that there is not a delivery charge. Round Table pizza displays a delivery charge. I know some may not care about this, but as somebody who studies this for a living, I can tell you it's very important. Pizza Gallery (and Yelp), please indicate that people will be paying an additional fee before they order. And consider using a service other than Chow Now. Will I continue ordering Pizza from The Pizza Gallery? Yes. The pizza is excellent and arrives quickly. But please stop using shady and sneaky techniques to make a few extra dollars. *Note, I based this review on my experience ordering from a desktop. Mobile is next! read more
