I have been going to the pizza gallery for years and it's definitely my favorite spot in the Seattle area. The restaurant has no dining inside so it's all to go orders but every time I have been the pizza is perfectly fresh and warm when I pick it up. All the pizzas have a perfect crunch on the crust which is my favorite. Our most recent experience involved someone answering the phone who had a bad attitude, didn't listen and was rude. Surprise, surprise they butchered the order. No apologies, nothing to fix the situation, just more attitude. If I was the owner or manager, I'd make sure people answering the phone aren't complete asshats. Pizza Gallery makes a very unique pizza that you don't come across, with a fluffy crust baked in a deep pan so the crust kind of fries to a delightfully crunchy yet fluffy soft pie. They have all is the regular pizza toppings, but our favorite is their garden pizza with added anchovies - it's amazing! Like most places today, Pizza Gallery will also make-up a pizza on a pre-made Gluten Free crust, which is acceptable but not as good as their signature dough. Pizza is great! Ordered Billy the kid and 5 pound masterpiece pizza and it was delicious! There was a crisp on the crust which I really liked and it was not dry. 5 stars for the pizza. The wings were the reason why I gave it a 4 star. If rating the wings alone, it would be a 2. It was soft and came with way less buffalo sauce, almost none that I couldn't taste it. So their dough makes me super suspicious- this place totally buys their pizza from little ceasars and then puts their own toppings on top. Their dough is not handmade, nor is it store bought. Its very distinctively mass produced, cheap, greasy, fried pizza dough. I even told my coworker about this and she said her neighbor said the same exact thing. I feel like that solidified it for me. I've gotten delivery from this establishment twice. Once was when my folks were visiting from out of town and we were in search of a pizza place that would deliver (but wasn't a national chain). That time, as well as when we ordered later, I really, really enjoyed the pizza. They really pile on the ingredients, and I just love that. Whenever the word pizza is mentioned in our house, all three kids sing for the Taco Pizza. The concept was so bizarre to them the first time they tried it when they were little and it is by far, their favorite. I've lived near by pizza gallery all my life and finally paid a visit last week. Let me tell you, I don't like pepperoni pizza but pizza gallery is my one and only exception. It is so freaken good. It just taste fresh and isn't oily like other pizzas i've had. The breadsticks are also to die for. The breadsticks are baked to such a beautiful golden brown color and the thickness of the breadstick is perfect paired with the yummy marinara sauce. I also love that its LOCAL #supportlocal.
