I couldn't figure out why our underground lawn drip system stopped working in one part of our back…read moreyard, so I called Sprinkler Tech. In addition to the back yard problem, I had a number of smaller repairs needed in our traditional front-yard system. After taking a look, the guy who came out concluded that the 7 year-old system was at the end of its useful life, hopelessly plugged up by grass roots and that the only option was to replace the entire system and re-sod the entire back yard, a job which his boss would send me an estimate for. After that, I couldn't even get him to take a look at the repairs I needed in the front yard as he quickly left. After hand watering it for several months, I decided to take a closer look and realized that there was a puddle developing upstream of the problem area whenever the system came on. I spent about 30 minutes digging up that section where I found a hole in the line that caused a loss of pressure in the remainder of that line. I repaired the hole myself in less than an hour at a cost of $1.47 for a repair coupler at Home Depot. The system now works great again, and I was also able to make my own repairs to the front yard system that he wasn't interested in even looking at. I can't comment on how good their work is, but I'm not at all impressed with their ability to troubleshoot a problem or follow-through.

Was lied to about a flat rate quote. I clearly explained what needed to be done in the yelp request was told one price and when I went back to confirm got a different price. I said ok fine. 2. Guy shows up to my house a full hour early while I'm at work still. He gave me a 2-4pm window and comes at 1pm. 3. I try to find a time to reschedule (there's no emergency here thankfully) and he says it's 1000 dollars plus the repair to come on a Sunday. 4. Says photos will be taken down like in the past. Mario helped me correctly identify that the leaks were due to broken valves. He helped me replace the broken valves at a reasonable price, which resolved the leaking. During the replacement, we noticed that only one of the sprinkler zones was working. He helped me re-wire the irrigation system so that both zones would function correctly. After about over a year seeing my lawn that has alot of weeds in it and most likely will have to be all replaced by the time the weeds are killed and hopefully can put new seeds in or have to put new sod in in at least half of the front yard which is a good size. And there's just not weeds in the grass but in my planters I should post pictures so you can see for yourselves. I'm very upset with the company because I've let them know many times and getting a late response back every time and to end up like this. I had to hire a new company to come in and try to fix with this company did not take care of. I let him know that it's not just a matter of cutting and edging grass but it's maintaining the grass. It's a son and father team but I don't think they are on the same page the sun's not letting the father know what needs to be done or the father is just not listening what needs to be done to have good long customers
