I was very impressed with The Playday Co. We wanted a soft play area and ballon backdrop for a baby shower. It was a teddy bear theme for baby girl. Joe and Courtney did an amazing job! They color coordinated everything in beautiful shades of beige and pink. As a bonus, they even added teddy bears all around the soft play area! We had the 12ft x 12ft Soft Play Area. The little toddlers were having a blast. They played in the ball pit, jumped on small bounce house, climbed everywhere, and went down the mini slide. You can hear their giggles and laughter across the room. As for the ballon drop, it was exactly what we inspired it to be. I would say one of the most affordable places compared to the other quotes around the area. Needless to say, it was a very popular photo area and added that extra touch we needed. After doing *a lot* of research and reaching out to different rental companies of different price points, I'm so glad I went with The Playday Co and loved that everything about them was so transparent (packages and pricing) They were always very communicative and made the process clear so I knew what to expect from the start. Design wise they really knocked it out of the park and went above and beyond. I mentioned offhand how it would be cute to turn the ball pit into a carrot patch and Courtney surprised me with extra decor: decals, plushies and garlands to really make the whole set up as cute as can be. Everything was so beautiful, in great condition and most importantly incredibly CLEAN - it was the perfect safe and fun area for babies and toddlers to play in and was a huge hit at the party. Courtney was so detailed in her emails and Joe was so accommodating over the phone for specific requests I had. I added a coloring table for the older kids and they were even able to customize the coloring table paper to be berry themed. They arrived on time for both set up and clean up and it was such a breeze! I did not have to worry about the logistics of the soft play area at all. Absolutely amazing experience working with Courtney on booking their 16ft bounce house and balloon garland to go with it. She was so responsive and added in the generator for the bounce house at a discounted cost since we had multiple services booked. On the day of the party, they arrived early to set up and Courtney had extra balloons from the garland for the bounce house so she set this up for our backdrop as well! An hour before pick up of the bounce house, her husband came back to check on the generator to top off with oil to make sure it kept going which we appreciated so much. Beautiful, quality bounce house with the ball pit. The bounce house is made of material that does not get hot in the sun so the kids were very comfortable all day. I loved the style and how open it was so we could see the kids the whole time. It was very clean, considering it was white! Courtney and Joe were such a joy to work with! They were able to fit us into their schedule last minute and were very responsive in the days leading up to our event. They even provided a completely on-theme play area for my son's 1st birthday (safari theme) that matched beautifully with our balloon vendor. Cannot believe it took me so long to write this review. We had used The Playday Co for kid table and chair rentals for our children's birthday party back in November 2023. Their website is easy to navigate for packages and pricing. Communication via email and text were great and we loved loved loved the custom Bluey coloring table (crayons included) they were able to provide! This easily kept our little ones entertained for a good portion of the party. All the parents kept asking for contact details and kept commenting on not only the table, but the really cute/chic chairs. Drop off and pickup went without a hitch and they even take payment via Venmo. Looks like they're more known for their soft play area rentals (I can see why!) so we'll have to check that out next time. I also have to call out how nice and understanding they are!
