The appetizer did not arrive for approximately 45 minutes, and it was quite disappointing when it did. Several of the pieces were cooked medium rare to rare instead of medium (when I cut into my first bite, pink pieces of undercooked meat got stuck in the grooves of the knife), and they were not particularly flavorful. We didn't finish it and, to the restaurant's credit, they took it off the bill without us needing to ask. It took another 15-20 mins for our mains to arrive. When they did, they were both very tasty and cooked to order. We had a gift card, and likely will not return to pay out of pocket for the prices they charge. We could tell all of the servers were stressed and doing their best, but especially with the long wait time, drink refills and check-ins were not as frequent as I would have liked.

Our visiting family received their order correct. (Thankfully) My oldest daughter had missing poppers. While my order and my youngest daughter's order never arrived. Eventually, we asked for an update and the guy was clueless to what we were talking about. We had to explain multiple times that we never received any of the items on our receipt. And at this point, we wanted a full refund, including the tip that we provided prior to the service. The gentleman eventually went back to the kitchen to verify. I overheard them speaking in Spanish and one of them saying you "mean the food that's been sitting there". They didn't realize I spoke Spanish. I didn't receive an apology from the guy who brought the food. Again, we still had missing items after waiting all this time. I asked the gentleman for my Greek salad and the sauce.
