So far I've tried the California Powerhouse and the Turkey Club, and both were stacked with fresh ingredients. The portions are solid, and you can tell they're not skimping on anything. The Powerhouse came on a Kaiser roll and the club on white bread, and both held up really well. I've gotten fries on the side each time. They're cooked well, but they come out unsalted and a little bland on their own. That said, once you add some ketchup, they're perfectly fine and do the job. Service has been quick both times I went. I stopped by around 11:30 during the week (Thursday and Friday), and there was no line either time. From ordering to getting my food was about 5 minutes total, so it's definitely a solid option for a quick lunch. The shop itself is very clean and welcoming, and the staff has been friendly and helpful on both visits. Ordering is simple, though I did notice some of the same sandwich names listed in different sections with different prices, which was a little confusing. I meant to ask about it but forgot. They have a wide selection of deli-style sandwiches (hot and cold), plus cheesesteaks and burgers, which I haven't tried yet. For a sandwich, fries, and a drink, it's been a little over $18, but with the portion sizes and quality, I think it's worth it. I'll definitely be back. I'm especially interested in trying their breakfast since this area doesn't have a lot of strong breakfast spots, so I'm curious to see how they compare.

They seem to have new faces every time I go but the food is great. Prices fair, portions large and everything is fresh. Full On Craft Eats. The Toast online ordering system was easy to navigate and adorned with pictures of every menu item. I could not get past the onion rings on the starter menu hoping they would taste as good as they looked. My friend offered to split the Slammin Salmon sandwich and onion rings since she has had it before and never finished the entire thing. I took her up on it and the order was placed. A quick ask for mom to grab it on the way home and the food made its way back quickly. WOW is all I can say. When you order food to go there is a level of expectation that it will not be as good as it is at the restaurant, especially fries and onion rings. But in this instance WOW. Talk about food that travels well. Fourteen minutes away and the food was still warm, the onion rings were so crisp, and the garlic and dill aioli and onion ring sauce were just right. The Slammin Salmon was served on ciabatta bread that was not too soft not too hard, with salmon cooked perfectly. The lemon dill aioli was a game changer so much that my friend's advice to order extra was well received and committed to memory. The onion rings lived up to the hype, cooked perfectly with a crust I cannot even explain. The kind you bite into without losing the entire onion from the breading. Dip it into the sauce and you have a match made in heaven. Half the sandwich was more than enough but the next day I would have loved some leftovers. Now for the extra razzle dazzle. I left to visit a friend in DC and sent him the menu, shared my experience and he was locked in to try. Online ordering was closed since they were closing at 10pm so I called as a last-ditch effort since the anticipation was already there. The nicest most warm individual answered ten minutes before closing and was more than happy to take my order. She even made sandwich recommendations. I quickly arrived at a shopping center that was easy to get in and out of. Walking in you immediately arrive at the counter and takeout area to your left with a nice bar area a short walk past on the right. The cooks and wait staff were having the best time using the 6/7 saying that was all over social media late last year. They were considerate when they noticed I was in the restaurant, but I assured them I loved their energy. I see why the food is so good because the energy shows it was made with great vibes and laughter all around. As I grabbed the bag to leave the hostess stopped me to add another fork and extra napkins since I would need them to add the pickled veggies on my sandwich. Such a nice touch. Thirty plus minutes to DC and the food still did not need to be reheated. The Mai Thai sandwich was a hit with flavors that married well and the onion rings delivered again. The Spicy Thai wings were good for wings but typical. They had a lot to compete with. Full On Craft Eats Annapolis, not to be confused with Rockville, is an experience you will want to repeat again and again. Good food fast that travels well (yes that is a thing). A great addition to any table worth gathering at. I did it twice in one day!!

The staff greeted me at the door and told me to take my time upon ordering. While I was deciding what I wanted, the cashier told me that another location was opening within the county which is exciting for the franchise. Howeeeeever, I believe as others have mentioned.. I would like for them to work on their flavor. I ordered the Vivi's Sandwich, swapped the fries out for mac and a single Jumbo Tender. Their mac&chz, I prefer to order from.... Chickfila. Their chicken was eh, decent. Kinda bland. The jumbo tender itself is big yes, but I'm not sure about $3.99 big... BUT their sauce was to die for!! I left with I believe Thai Chili and one of Vivi's Signature sauces and both were great. One suggestion I have is to expand their drink options. Overall.. I would try again if someone else wanted to go. I went on a solo trip but their menu is loaded with other options! If/When I return, I will surly update!

We placed three different orders to dine in. Our visiting family received their order correct. (Thankfully) My oldest daughter had missing poppers. While my order and my youngest daughter's order never arrived. Eventually, we asked for an update and the guy was clueless to what we were talking about. We had to explain multiple times that we never received any of the items on our receipt. And at this point, we wanted a full refund, including the tip that we provided prior to the service. The gentleman eventually went back to the kitchen to verify. I overheard them speaking in Spanish and one of them saying you "mean the food that's been sitting there". They didn't realize I spoke Spanish. I didn't receive an apology from the guy who brought the food. Again, we still had missing items after waiting all this time. I asked the gentleman for my Greek salad and the sauce. (I would like include that this has happen in previous visits) The guy was taking forever to bring out the items. I tried getting someone else's attention, but I was ignored. When I started to speak in Spanish the man washing dishes looked my way. But was not helpful, the man eventually came out with the salad and the sauce. At this point, our party who received their meals had finished and the restaurant was getting ready to close. I just took the food and left with my party without enjoying a hot meal. Since the food was sitting out for so long it wasn't as hot. Plus we felt rushed, as they prepped to close. I'm sad to say I've experience other mild issues but not as major as this one. The restaurants continues to be kept presentable and clean. But the quality of service is not the best and you always have to check you get all your items within your order. We meet the owner when they first open and they seem to be good people. I never claimed the gift card they offered from the original post because I believe in support business owners. Especially when they try to provide good quality food. I'll rather show my thanks by always being a returning customer. But I'm sad to write today's review. Today with the previous experiences was my final decision to write an updated review. If you decide to visit for take out, please verify you receive all your items. If you experience delays, follow up with someone because there is a chance your food is sitting on the kitchen counter. Overall, food is still good.

The server was knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer to one of our questions (as first-timers), he found the answer for us. All of our dishes were on point! The website states "From Farmer's Hands To Ours. It Starts With Local, Fresh Ingredients". Certainly, that statement shined with the execution and taste of our dishes! Our party of 4 ordered Smoked and Brined Chicken Wings, Fried Oysters, Spinach Salad with Blackened Chicken, Greek Salad with Shrimp, Bone-In Pork Chop (blackened, with Korean BBQ Cream, Corn & Pepper Saute, and mashed potatoes), and the Bistro Steak. Every thing was enjoyed by all! Seasonings were well-balanced, Food was tasty, salads were fresh, and portions were very decent. The Harvest Smash dessert is amazing and should be ordered! It's upside down apple pie with pecans and Bourbon Caramel - a la mode. We also ordered chocolate bourbon cake....the cake had the most perfect texture and taste. You can't go wrong with either of those. Hurry and go to this place as soon as you can.

We have celebrated many familial milestones/celebrations and professional accomplishments @ Harvest Thyme. The nostalgia of the servers and ownership has often felt engaging and alluring to me and our family & friends. My dining experience this afternoon was a far departure from the 4 stars standard experience of years clearly in the rearview. Items Ordered - The Bibb & Blue side salad was drenched in bleu dressing; I shared my concerns with our server whom was void of any response and acknowledgement. Items Ordered - 6oz Steak Frites ordered rare; The steak was served beyond the desired temperature. I waited for the server to return to our booth and I cut in the 6oz again to visually demonstrate the temperature of the steak actually arrived was definitely rare minimal/ to no pink was detectable. Our server said she would send the manager over momentarily. Once the manager arrived, he inquired about the entree and I shared and demonstrated for the 2nd time. I returned the steak frites and ordered the Beggars Pasta and added am additional Beef protein. That the conclusion of our meal as we noticed that we were charged for the entree that was returned. I inquired further and was giving a $15.00 gift card (I was charged $25.00 for an entree returned due to overcooking) by the Manager and was told "Thats All YOU get" and that the policy of the restaurant is if you order a dish you have to pay for it. When I inquired, he stated that's all you get!! I was offended as a patron, a human being, and a citizen electing to choose Harvest Thyme in a national wide affordability crisis. $127.00 for lunch is UNACCEPTABLE for lunch especially for an entree I did Not consume. No one communicated the policy beforehand nor does it seem to lineup with industry standards. $15.00 does not cover the cost & tax of the returned entree. I scoured the Harvest Thyme website and the receipt and I did not find such a policy. We were appalled by the lack of professionalism, posse, tack, empathy from the manager. His behavior and demeaner were absolutely inexcusable. Once we departed the restaurant, it was clear and present that I was upset as I retreated to my vehicle. A fellow patron encouraged me to directly communicate with ownership regarding my experience. Further research revealed the drastic decline in glowing reviews related to staffing, dining experiences, and culinary standards. Why were we treated so poorly at 1pm on a Thursday?
