This is my favorite Plummer and has been for more than six years. The first time I met and was privileged to The Plummer's services and expertise was a morning when two emergencies were happening at the same time. My downstairs was flooding and my husband was having a stroke. The house needed to be drained of water, the source of problem needed to be found and I had to go with the ambulance to the hospital to another city. The Plummer did not know me then and I did not know him. I asked him if he would lock up the house when he left, not knowing how long or what was going to happen. There was also a restoration crew present trying to help dry out the house. When I came home the next day my home was locked and everything was fine. The Plummer is not only outstanding in his work ethics he is a gentleman with integrity. His prices are reasonable and sometimes he does not charge when he is here anyway and he has what he needs for the job. He is clean, neat and conscientious about your place and his work. Vincent "The Plumber" is very professional. In my line of work, we call on a lot of different trades and work with many vendors. Vincent is among the best that we use. He is very courteous, prompt and honest. I think that is his best quality. He will not nickel and dime you. He is also there in a pinch. On one occasion, I called him as an emergency because we lost water pressure to our building. He came within the hour and found the issue. It was no simple fix. However, Vincent stepped up to the challenge, and was very honest about the pricing and he gave us a break on the labor charges. He fixed the issue within the day. No easy feat to replace a whole backflow device. He even accommodated the staff inside and worked after hours for the portion that needed to have the water shut off. Truly a pleasure to work with. Vince has worked alongside me since 2007. He is the first guy that I call when I or my company have any plumbing needs. He's extremely experienced, punctual, knowledgable and honest. I have literally used his services over 200 times since 2007 and will continue to use him even when his son finally takes over the business. He's done everything for my company from a main water or sewer line replacements to a full re-pipe. He literally can do it all! On top of that, his personality is very likable. Even though he takes what he does seriously, he always finds a reason to smile and laugh. That does help when a tenant is frantic or stressed about a particular plumbing issue. He listened to my concerns. I had a couple of issues and Santos came to the rescue. He arrived as scheduled, clean and friendly. I showed him where the problems were and he went right to work. Vince investigated the problem and found a broken water line that fed the bathroom sink. He removed the broken pipe and replaced it. He knew right where to look and found the faulty pipe.
