Jim has been a life saver for our home in Medway. We did not buy a home, we bought a Poison ivy farm. A team of 6 adults spent a weekend and pulling out poison ivy (almost everyone was covered the next week and we only got about 25% of it. Desperate we called Jim. He responded quickly and scheduled us in a timely fashion. I spent a decent amount of time being educated by him (thanks for the free advice) and we walked the property so he could assess the situation We decided on a course of action and he quoted a price and then went to town addressing the situation. He gave us a very detailed printout of where the plants were located and guaranteed the work. We were very pleased with Jim's work. He is super knowledgeable, and able to educate the consumer a ton, and help you to be able to spot and deal with the poison ivy yourself. He provides a great laminated card with what it looks like in all the seasons and calls attention to similar plants. Long wait for servicing but they did a good job removing the poison ivy. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication by the provider about the amount to be billed for services and I felt I was significantly over-charged and was very surprised at the final amount due. When I called to complain about this, explaining that had I known the actual cost in advance I would not have purchased the service in the first place, there was no apology (just a reiteration of their "policy") and no offer to reduce the fee given that the miscommunication was their fault.
