Not only did I have 6 months of disruption/construction in my house, I'm now going to pay more in insurance and I don't have the ability to change my insurance without high risk to me financially. Nobody ever reached out to me after the damage, however they did call the Flood Pros without telling me that they had done so when I called in a panic on a Saturday night.
