I received a reply from Mike within 10 minutes. After a back and forth on a Friday, sending him all my pool pump information, Mike quoted me on a new motor. By the Saturday, George was at my home installing the new motor. George was very nice, and appeared very knowledgeable. He was done in 2 hours, and left the area clean. The new motor is energy efficient, and to tell you the truth, getting the upgrade/replacement has made a difference. I haven't seen my pump run this well in years. Plus, it's July and I'm doing this yelp review , that's five months . I have the text messages to prove it . Also, you never addressed the other problems your company created.
