New England Spas and Hot Tubs…read more NE Spas had an incredibly knowledgeable service department that went over and above to support a buyer who didn't acquire the highest end tub AND lives on a island! This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. Don't go anywhere else!

I decided to call a pool liner installer and suggested I call her to get a liner and he would install it. Again made a call and never heard back. I finally ordered my own liner, cove foam and bottom pad. It's now days later and still no contact from Christina or anyone from EZ test pools trying to help. A return call from the first time asking about this would have eliminated this review and the legwork just to get a pool liner and have it installed or guide me to someone who could help. ​

I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.

They refused to help us and told us to contact the liner manufacturer. When we tried Gallant said they could not find our records and didn't know who the wholesaler of the liner was. The owner of the company refuses to answer messages. This whole fiasco cost us 6 thousand dollars . Seeking a legal remedy now .
