Day 1 - Pool opening - Precision Pool no showed. Apparently they went to the wrong house, who had no pool, and instead of following up or calling they just simply removed us from everything. After getting in touch with them a few days later finally, they got us back on the schedule a few weeks later at which point the guy showed up and said, i cant do this in one day, we will just come back. From then on, things just got worse, from missed cleanings, to no shows, to incorrect billings. Complete nightmare. I assume i finally talked to the owner here at the end, who let me know the person who was doing our house was let go, he offered no apology, no credits, and when i asked him about charges that were made when no one showed up, he said you were on the schedule so you were charged. lol How is this place in business? are people that desperate for pool cleanings?

New England Spas and Hot Tubs…read more NE Spas had an incredibly knowledgeable service department that went over and above to support a buyer who didn't acquire the highest end tub AND lives on a island! This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. Don't go anywhere else!

Nancy was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions to make sure we were choosing the tub that was right for us. She also covered all setup and maintenance requirements. Once we placed the order, Nancy scheduled our delivery which was actually scheduled around the site prep we were finishing. On delivery day, three gentlemen arrived to unload and set up the tub in the location we had prepared. Delivery and setup were top notch as well. Our experience with Nancy and the rest of the team at St Cyr was A+++! We cannot recommend St. Cyr enough if you're looking to purchase a new hot tub.

I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.
