He rescheduled on us last minute a few times before he finally came to fix the pump. It was worrisome because we had put down a $600 deposit before he came. I was however thankful that he was communicating with me and keeping me updated on when he was coming, but after everything was said and done, he was never heard from again. We had to shut off our system because it was making an extremely loud noise- it was so loud we were able to hear it from the front of the house. It started off with a leak after he replaced it, and had tried to call right away, we've sent photos and videos, and he would just ghost us. So here's my review!

Rickey was very communicative during the interview process but went dark after I paid him for the pool service. Neither Rickey or any of his people showed up to perform the service. I've called and left multiple voicemails, multiple texts and absolutely no responses from him. I paid him through Apply Pay. I reached out to my bank to do a charge back but they said they are unable to do charge backs with Apple Pay.

We thought it was too far gone, but Mike managed to bring it back to clean swimable water. He also performed a badly needed filter cleaning (more than once) to assure the last of the dreaded Algae was gone. He also repaired the shaft seals and a minor pipe leak to bring the system up to perfect performance. Mike's name was given to me by Leslie's Pool and I took a chance he was good.
