Hieu completely surprised me the first day he cleaned my pool. He is extremely knowledgeable about the balance and chemistry of pool water (sounded like a chem professor) and he was confident that he will get my pool to finally sparkle. And he did exactly that. For the past 8 years I've heard all those Bull Sh*%# responses from my previous pool guys when I ask them why my pool water and pool flooring never looks clean even minutes after they service the pool. Pure laziness is the true answer. Hieu and his team would brush and clean the sides of the pool and spa very throughly. They do thorough skimming, cleaning and vacuuming. I no longer see green/algae at the corners. I no longer see that layer of debris on the surface. The steps look great! Every corner of my pool and spa looks clean! The water sparkles! Here are before and after photos. The first photo is how my pool used to look every day even moments after a pool service. The 2nd photo shows how the pool looks 3+ days after Hieu and team had cleaned it. You will not find a better and more honest guy than Hieu to maintain your pool. We advised them about it but they were doing the same things. Than he decided to pass me on to a friend of his for service without consulting me. After he quit he demanded to pay him $140 for service he never performed. For the last six months I'm constantly bombarded with threats to pay or they will put me on collection. I only asked for proof of service for the charges. He's not providing it. Very disappointed as he seemed to be a nice guy but it turned out no knowledge about pools + they shake you down for services not performed and put you in collection if you don't pay Pictures shows the pool after a service p.s This is unbelievable After I posted this review Mr. Hieu called me and threatened me, called me names Now me and my family is considering to get a restraining order against him as my wife is really scared. Well, a couple of days ago the spa would heat up to the desired temperature and then immediately start to cool down. I'm a pretty handy guy so I took a look under the hood and didn't recognize a damn thing. I figure I better let the expert handle it. Frank showed up on time war mask was polite and courteous and immediately found the problem. He had the parts on him and fix it right away for a fraction of what I feared it would cost. Heres my review for one of Tyler and Brads companies that involves both of them: The most unprofessional (and I don't think it's a legit?) business I have ever dealt with. We had and above ground pool and were rushing to find a tech to service and this company popped up and their main point was that they were ready to get pools ready for 4th of July. They sent a tech out who was kind, but clearly very young. I had asked him to text me when he was on his way and never heard a thing. I had noticed the pool seemed not only dirtier, but I could not smell a hint of chlorine. I asked what was added via text and received unprofessional texts and then the tech showed up a few days later demanding payment and saying he was there to test the water. I asked who his boss was and he gave me a name, so I called the number linked to this yelp page assuming it was him. Nope! I had conversation with Brad who claimed he had no idea who this company was and who the 2 people that showed up were, but referred to them as "two little mexican guys". I sent the video of the tech at our door at 9 am demanding payment and saying he was going to go test the water and asked where I could send some sort of payment for time and energy from the techs who did come out - radio silence. I followed back up yesterday and Brad swore up and down he had no idea who the company was or who came to my home. Suddenly, I mention messages from Tyler. All of a sudden he knows who Tyler is. I asked him his relation to Tyler and silence. I told him others in my area had been visited by them and scammed - water dirtier than before and no chemicals added. I wanted to avoid writing a bad review and as soon as I told him that, he BEGGED me not to write a bad review. Suddenly, he's buddy buddy with Tyler and told him he was going to reach out and tell me what happened. Never got a call. I asked Tyler if this was his only business and he said yes. I found out from someone that this isn't even a legit business and Tyler just hires a bunch of random people to send out to "clean pools". So Tyler was straight out lying! In conclusion: Im 99% sure this company is a legitimate SCAM. Avoid it at all costs and make sure you let everyone you know with a pool, to avoid them as well. Tyler (or Brad) also owns a company that goes by Integrity Pools and 2 Brothers Pool and Spa , so be aware.

Alfredo has stayed to finish the project and fix all the safety issues we had. He has been working under his new company and lic that is strictly under himself only. He has been at our home everyday with all his crews and has not made a single dollar to himself. He's only been paid what was left on the contact was about 20k and about 45k worth of work to complete. I would highly recommend Alfredo now that he is on his own and getting things done right! He has been very good at communicating and fixing all the issues we had with some of Carl's subs from independent pool and spa.
