This place is doing great things. A true labor of love. The kitties who would other have no place to go, are well fed, cared for and loved.

They give off racist vibes.... I'm not sure where you got novice from, when I stated I've only had…read morebig dogs. I'm confused on that assumption, my last dog which was a bully was 120 lbs. ‍ I'm also not sure what you mean by communal, there's only 3 units on every floor and I never take my dogs out with others because I prefer privacy. However, thank you for showing me the character of your adoption agency, making assumptions instead of ASKING questions. I'll be sure to leave a review, I'm sure a dog being in a million dollar property with an owner that has unlimited time and resources to care for them is what any adoption agency would want. Its funny my last adoption agency said that about my bully, they weren't sure he would be good in a high rise or with kids etc. He was amazing, did great with kids even as small as 1. It's about the owner, and you trying to base your decision on assumptions before doing an actual interview is beyond me. They did not interview me, did not do a home viewing, or a 2 week trial as they're supposed to do. So, how are you going to ASSUME anything about me? I even went as far, as to give background in regards to my other rescue; to show my experience, and ability to adopt. They then proceeded to not answer calls, pick up in silence, then hang up when called out. I submitted my application, reached out on both email and Facebook. The only assumption you can make or see about me, is I'm a black woman; so please don't disrespect my intelligence to try to say that's not what it is. A hit dog will holler, and a guilty conscience is a heavy burden to carry. They then proceeded to block me on Instagram, because I decided to let people know the type of organization they are running. They are not in this, to make sure these pups get good living homes. You can read previous review, dating back 2-3 years; this seems to be the case with a lot of adopters. Rather it's them making prejudgments and denying people, because of where they live or because of the color of their skin. Yes discrimination, and racism are still alive & well. ‍ Whew! How can you call someone a novice, or deny someone an adoption before interviewing or doing a home walk through. Take in mind; I previously adopted a dog that was set to be euthanized was told he isnt good in public settings or with kids, etc. Only to get him, and give him the best life in a highrise. Having an entire community (not just my high rise but surrounding establishments) fall in love with a 120 lb bully breed previously classified as "aggresive". A lot of dogs miss out on chances of good homes, and love; because humans attempt to make decisions for them without doing their due diligence. Take in mind, this was an 8 yr old dog that was said to be untrainable. I'm 5'3 160 lbs alone, he was more than half my weight. Even the adoption agency was mind blown, by how he took to me and how I immediately was able to control him. I took him EVERY WHERE, with no issues. ‍ Don't ever disrespect me, to assume you know my capabilities or what I have to offer a pup. I treat my "dogs", as my kids. Before him I had a cane corso, before my corso I had another bully. Bugatti was loved so much, when I broke my leg; security at my high rise walked and fed him every day for the 2 days I was in the hospital having surgery. Thank you very much!
