Edel chooses her instructors carefully. The instructors are always quick to give modifications and all allow you to have your own yoga journey. I never feel less than if I am not able to do a pose. I am simply reminded, by the instructors, to breath and to take the pose that works best for my body. At the end of every class, I walk away feeling lighter and calmer. The barre classes are also amazing. The instructors make the classes fun and the are all super motivating. All of the playlists will have you singing along and forget you are working your muscles. The teachers are absolutely amazing and were ready to meet me where I was at. I love the variety of classes that Jarosa offers. Matcha labled as pure organic tea, was 50% sugar. A written complaint to the owner resulted in this response: "Thanks so much for your email regarding the matcha. Actually due to what is happening in Japan, we made a decision not to buy new Matcha from Japan, so it will be difficult to get clean Matcha from now on." Draw your own conclusions and, in regards to this store, caveat emptor.
