I have done yoga at a few studios around the country and I now have a favorite. Erica Lee Baker yoga is a warm inviting place that caters to all levels... Beginners and experts alike feel at home. There are probably six different regular instructors. Erica and Jeff are my favorites. Both take the time to explain the poses and what our bodies are supposed to be doing. Both make explain in a way that makes it easy to follow and yet both challenge me physically. Both really understand that we are all at our own unique place with our yoga and encourage us to alter as needed. They offer suggestions to either challenge or to help modify when our bodies aren't ready for the standard pose. The studio is pretty new and is very clean. Class sizes vary from a low of 6 to 8 students to a high of around 20. It never feels crowded and I think could hold a class of 30. I hate to end with money but it bears noting... This has to be the most economical place to try yoga! There are great introductory offers and incredible monthly deals. You really can't beat the deals! read more

Overall I have to say I was quite impressed With my first yoga class. The space is very open and airy, quiet and clean. I liked the energy in the room. The teacher was new to the studio, and my class was her first night. I feel like she belonged there. She politely introduced yourself to everyone in the room, her class was gentle challenging and informative... I'm going to treat myself to more classes... Namaste. read more

Absolutely adore this studio! Attending has sincerely changed my life. I've found a positive outlet, a great work out, as well as energy and motivation I didn't even realize I had. The staff, from the owners on through all the instructors are very welcoming, knowledgable, hands-on, and give you as much, or as little coaching/attention you prefer. Been through many classes at different days and times. I consistently found the instructors to be terrific and the class attendees very friendly and respectful. The space at ELB yoga studio is beautiful; clean, inviting and warm. It is also super conveniently located right off the highway, so very easy to get to. I loved that they have a separate foyer for checking in as well as water fountain and tea station and individual changing rooms. The women's bathroom was stocked with female essentials like elastics and tampons which I fully appreciated! Onto the yoga.... Erica not only is super friendly and wonderful as a person, her teaching has a strong athletic background, yet she is welcoming and helpful for all levels. She runs the studio and teaches classes and you can tell she is really invested and cares about her clients. She makes a point to learn everyone's name and the studio has a very homey, non-corporate feel. She is laid back and her teaching style is fun and not intimidating, but you still get a great workout. I left feeling relaxed and ready to come back again. Which I plan to! Love this studio! I didn't REALLY enjoy yoga until I started coming to the Erica Lee Baker Studio. Now I'm hooked. The studio is inviting and relaxing, all of the teachers are excellent, and the owners are amazing. When you come to the studio for a class, you feel like you are amongst friends. Great for all levels and you always learn something new. I've never felt more comfortable in a yoga class and I can't imagine going anywhere else! read more

Being into health and fitness...I have experienced and done a lot of different formats of exercise except yoga. Always so intimidating to try. Well this studio rocks!! From easy parking...to a great location.....and the instructors!They are all so amazing and welcoming. No judging here at all. I have done yoga in various studios and cities, but always felt like I was trying to infiltrate a hippie commune or rush a sorority until finding ELB a few blocks from home. The fun of an all ages/all levels practice that is inviting to noobs yet challenges the more seasoned makes each class something to look forward to. Every studio says it is a "no judgment zone" but here, they mean it. Each instructor brings a unique passion to their practice and the variety among them is enjoyable; they are supportive while asking for more effort and they truly care about helping the students grow and develop physically and mentally and spiritually. The studio is clean, open and inviting and the monthly unlimited membership is a great value. Erica and Mike, the spousal duo behind the business, are in this for the right reasons and it shows in the warmth and hospitality their studio radiates. My strength and vitality continue to blossom and I am very thankful that this studio is a part of my life! read more

The studio itself is good but I found it difficult to get into a routine here. They change their schedule and instructors quite a bit. They had 2 studios, closed one, now the other one will be moving. Besides that, not crazy about the expiration dates that apply to the classes you buy. read more
