Buyers beware. This place totally bungled my wedding. Let's start at the top. As the bride, my mom,…read moremaid of honor and I arrived a short time early to get changed and such and were denied access to the facility despite no weddings occurring prior to mine. That's fine - so we waited. We went through the ceremony and all was fine until the photographer finished and asked us to pick up our own wedding petals despite paying for cleaning in my package. Imagine squatting to pick up pedals in a wedding gown, so we asked the children in attendance to do it. After the wedding, we were rushed out of the chapel and as the bride and groom could not even change into our normal clothing at the facilities. We had to go to a restaurant to change our clothes. That is ridiculous. There appeared to be no weddings after mine at the chapel and the staff left as soon as we did. We were basically then tracked down in the parking lot and told its customary to tip everyone. We did not have cash and had to borrow cash from a guest even despite the huge amount of money spent at this place to be rushed about the whole time. I found out after the fact that my wedding guests were made to wait OUTSIDE in mid-November on a cold day (including my 7 month old and 3 year old nieces). My other guests needed to use the bathroom, but had to LEAVE the facilities to relieve themselves. In addition, I purchased the full photo package and rights to download the photos. It is over a month later and I still cannot do so. I did not receive the link to download for several weeks. Then when I received access the photos were watermarked. Now that that is resolved, the web site is attempting to charge me $20 per download. I am trying to print the photos and give them as Christmas gifts. When I called to 1) resolve this matter and 2) give the rest of this feedback, the staff were extremely rude to me stating how much positive feedback they have received verses LISTENING to my frustrations. I asked for an ETA to resolve the issue when the phone call ended. Then I received a callback from Maureen chastising me for the phone conversation with her employee. She proceeds to yell at me - not even asking for my side of the story and how the conversation went. Then she HANGS UP on me and will not take my calls. So I am out HUNDREDS of dollars on photos I have already paid for an NOT RECEIVED. Do yourself a favor and pick a more reputable and professional chapel. This chapel ruined what should have been a lovely day for my family and I. Not to mention the exorbitant amount of money I spent in total.

From the moment we walked in, we felt completely unwelcome. The owner seemed irritated we were even there. His personal music was blasting so loud it was hard to hear ourselves think, let alone have a conversation about the photo packages. When we politely asked a couple of questions about costume options and pricing, he got visibly annoyed and incredibly short with us -- and then, unbelievably, asked us to leave. Just like that. No explanation. No attempt to help. Just rude and dismissive. We weren't being difficult or demanding -- just trying to understand what we were paying for. It's clear the owner has no interest in providing a welcoming or professional experience. If you're hoping for a fun, family-friendly activity with decent customer service, skip this place. There are plenty of other photo studios in town -- ones that actually treat their customers with respect. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

My only complaint was the price of the photos. To download all digital photos, it was $500 with a $10 sitting fee for each person photographed. This price is not a huge issue, because I know some local photographers charge at least $200 for one person. For what it's worth, I do believe the price is reasonable for a larger party and to get all of the photos downloaded on your phone. If you've never done something like this with your family, I HIGHLY recommend it! :)

Fun thing to do on vacation! We got a Groupon deal for $7 that allowed up to 8 people in a…read morephotoshoot. Booking was easy and we were able to do it on the same day we purchased the deal. There were 7 of us, and the check-in was quick and easy. First you choose your background (saloon or formal living room for our party size), then they take the women back to choose the costumes. We can choose from short sassy dresses to long classy ones. You can buy a pair of fishnet pantyhose for $5 to keep. The guys also get dressed with western outfits with hats and gun holsters. They accessorize everyone before entering the set. The photographer was very experienced and told us how to sit and pose. We went through 5-6 poses and various expressions. It was a lot of fun. Once everyone was changed back, it took them about 5-10 min to load the pictures to the computer to let us choose from all of the shots. Additional prints are $25 each, added $5 for color print . Of course we had to buy extra!! Overall, a great experience.

We mainly did this for the experience- but this was sub par. We had to make an appt but yet had to wait. People were doing shoots on top of each other. You're able to pick your outfit but no direction on what to put on and how to put it on. We were there for almost an hour and a half. After all the images got edited they tried to sell us on an $800+ package. No way. The quality of the print we did get was super blurry. We've had a better experience at other places.

There were side-by-side stages, a standing-room area up front (kinda like the typical GA section), seating arranged throughout the middle of the floor, video screens positioned around the space, and a beer garden towards the back. The outdoor terrace is nice and hosted space for a few acoustic performances along with a chance to step away for some fresh Smoky Mountain air. There are plenty of restrooms throughout the convention halls, and the elevators and escalators were operational, making the venue accessible for those using mobility scooters or using walking devices.

I saw some prior reviews from people who were upset that the ceremony seemed rushed, or they couldn't dress as the chapel, or they wanted things the day off like flowers that they didn't pay for in their package and that's not the fault of the Chapel, that's the couple's fault for not reading the contract and understanding the rules and getting a sense of what the event would be like. The staff communicated with me for two months to answer any questions I had, and they were really good about helping me understand what I was purchasing and what was included. The day we went, it was very cold and the waterfall was frozen- the plan was to take photos but it, but I wasn't going to pitch a fit over the weather, it's nobody's fault, and the photographer suggested photos under the cute forest chandelier they had and we were totally happy with that. The Reverend was very eloquent, and we appreciated that. The whole thing cost us around $300 with extra photos, just the two of us, and it was excellent. We were hesitant about what it might be like for such a low price, but they did everything really nicely and we were very happy. Thank you!

The day of the wedding is where EVERYTHING, went wrong. First it started with the limo no showing up to pick us up, so someone from the wedding had to get us. Then when we finally got there from the hair place, the lady started taking pictures of my husband and only a few of the bride and her party. Not only that, we were SHOVED along to get things done as quickly as possible! Not only did we get shoved along, are wedding was only SEVEN minutes long, when it was supposed to be 20/25 minutes long. Then after that, a few pictures were taken of the family and then are family was shoved off to go to the reception and so we got only a couple pictures with are family and friends.. and then a few of the bride and groom.. we have over 30/40 pictures of the groom but only about 10/15 of the bride and her party. Once they did a few of the couple, they were shoved out next, and onto the reception. When we got there, food was ALREADY out and COLD. The guy doing the music wasn't there yet, and no one knew where the reception was or what was going on because once the wedding was over at the chapel, you were done with them there. They never sent anyone to tell us anything or what was going on. We were just told to go to the reception and have fun. Not only that, the cake was WRONG, the icing was buttercream, when we asked for cream cheese frosting. Then when i called the next day about everything, i was told there was nothing they could do. So i waited till i could speak to an actual manager, which she got right with the man who owns it, and he gave us all are photos, which weren't a lot, mainly of just my husband. And half were people blinking or mouth open. Why would i want those?!? I paid THOUSANDS of dollars for them to mess up my wedding and then give me the rest of the pictures i didnt pay for.. which i paid for 100 but really could only get 80 nice pictures.. but they gave me the rest and told me thats all they can do even though sooo much went wrong. Month goes by and im trying to download my video again, which so EVERYONE knows, you can only download ONCE. Even if you pay 100 of dollars to have as many copies as you can, they only give you ONE. Which at the time i only had an ipad to download it and wanted to eventually download it to a computer and was NEVER told i could only download it once even though i paid for it. When i emailed them and asked if i could just get one more copy of it, i was rudely attacked by Arnel by email going off saying why would we tell you that. You can only download it once, why would we allow anymore than that. Well maybe because i paid?! Then he kept going at me about it, and wouldn't stop emailing me. So i told him i would contact his manager and he said go ahead they'll say the same. I said okay thank you, i will. Which he replied going off on me again and i told him to stop contacting me. He said he will be blocking me and blacklisting off of the company and i will no longer be able to contact anyone and that he is "NOW" the owner of the company yet i can contact his manager? Where does that make since? You work under someone, but now you own the company when i say ill be taking care of this? Funny.. I do NOT recommend this place, one bit! They were great at first but once the wedding hits, they give two shits about you and will trash talk you to your face and be okay with it. Do NOT waste your money.
