I just had the absolute worst experience with this company. For context I once hired a company who lost my entire dining room in a move and that company received higher ratings than Precise Movers. I used the Moving help app to find Precise. My mother in law is 75 and recently developed health issues after a massive heart attack. I hired Precise and told my mother in law that we would take care of everything. An associate of Precise called my mother in law and proceeded to yell at her when she told him she didn't know the details of the move; as I was responsible for booking it. After raising his voice at her he proceeded to hang up in her face. I got the number and called back. I really needed to understand what type of person felt it was ok to disrespect a 75 year old woman The lack of professionalism and basic disdain this man has for customers speaks volumes. I was reasonable, I didn't raise my voice, and even cautioned him about talking to seniors who might be skeptical about giving info over the phone. He then asked 'do you want us to come out there or not?' At which point I told him I really didn't care for his attitude and I would prefer to hire one of his competitors. At that moment he hung up the phone. The rudeness and utter lack of manners in a customer facing role is inexcusable. I cancelled and contacted Quality Control movers. Within an hour their team called me back and were flexible, and courteous. Save your money for businesses that appreciate doing business with you. read more

Really great experience with The Precise Movers! I submitted a project request to move a 2-story 3 bedroom house to a 3-story 3 bedroom 70+ miles away and The Precise Movers/Robert was quick to respond. His initial quote was appealing, which prompted a home visit to assess what all was being moved and ensure he had the right number of staff/equipment. We ended up paying a little more than initially quoted, but given the amount of large items we had and distance, it was justified. The day of the move, Robert and his 3 staff arrived on time ready to work! We were thoroughly impressed with how the truck was packed, how quickly the guys worked, and worked well together. No major damages or broken items. The guys hauled ass in 105° weather and were all so kind, courteous, and professional. Robert was very communicative from the beginning to the end. Amazing! I needed dirt removed and they got it done quickly. Robert was professional and very easy to talk to. We got an appointment very quickly. He and his team got the dirt removed in 2 sessions. I don't know how we would've done it ourselves. I'm very happy with this service and will definitely recommend this business to anyone else. Quote was for 4 hours using U-Haul's MovingHelp service. Before the move, discussed details of it with Robert (provided specific list of items, vehicles, other helpers, etc.). Determined move time would likely be 2-3 hours instead of original 4 hours, but Robert convinced me we could leave the quote at 4 hours and resolve it later if needed. I also agreed to push the start time back by 60 minutes so they could make it on time from an earlier job. Help showed up about 20 minutes late, despite the later start time (so 80 minutes later than preferred). Move took 3 hours from start (when they showed up late) to finish (when they left the property) and a single trip. *Mostly* everything made it without a scratch (we definitely had to monitor them the entire time) - tipped the movers as they left. Confirmed the 3 hours with Robert, provided the payment code presuming he would resolve the difference in hours, as agreed. Never heard back from him despite multiple attempts to contact. So, your stuff will get moved (maybe without damage, if you babysit it) - just be warned that Robert seems to have no issue overestimating a job, taking whatever money you put on the table for it, and then spending no further time on you. read more
