A 2 hour booking became 7 hrs (they previously assisted w/move and completed in 2/3 hrs) bed was NOT properly reassembled, now lingerie drawer doesn't open correctly, workers utilized dolly inside my Uhaul (I was charged extra for this) DO IT MOVING does not provide truck or equipment FYI, workers were NOT reading labels/location of boxes nor were they LISTENING as I mentioned multiple times where boxes go, this caused a lot of wasted time (intentional perhaps or carelessness) and me moving storage bins myself in the dark in the rain, overheard worker state "I just really want to be done with this" more than once, I had to direct worker at least twice to do something he appeared lost just standing around, other worker carrying the lightest things one at a time (intentionally perhaps to extend time) a few broken items and ruined keepsakes, I still have boxes (too heavy for me to move) in storage that should be in new location and vice versa. Tony very passive aggressive, immature, unprofessional and disrespectful once I explained original agreement of booking time, additional chargers for Uhaul I would accrue due to his workers using dolly and super late return, rescheduling of my personal time and appts, broken items, more moving of boxes due to workers not paying attention that I will have to take care of (more loss of wages) workers just "killing time" on my dime with no sense of direction, 2 of them standing around watching while one incorrectly reassembled bed. And to top it off, I have on camera, Tony driving at a high rate of speed from in front of my new home, after littering. A very fitting business name, DO IT MOVING. I then realized my authentic seasonings, marinades were in his personal vehicle (some from Haiti Jamaica, Belize you cannot find here in the states) and I had to make arrangements to retrieve them. This in itself was another ordeal as Tony provides the police station as a meeting place to collect my specialty items. Of course in an attempt to control the situation he plays phone tag, changes the meeting location, time etc. and attempts to belittle me.
