We used The Precise Touch Painting in May 2023. The company offers free estimates, expert prep and painting, and produced an outcome that is nothing short of spectacular. Company owner Fernando Solano is polite and professional, as are all of his employees. Our 1957 home is a combination of stucco, and board and batten. The paint job included power washing, sanding, patching, replacing some wood, sealing seams, priming and painting. Everything from a paint sprayer to an artist's paint brush was used to make everything just right. The crew was prompt, worked hard, and was respectful of us and our neighbors. I needed to have my newly installed crown molding painted and I knew that my husband and I could not do a decent/good job at that kind of trimming, especially when the rooms were newly painted, so we searched for a professional. I found The Precise Touch Painting through Yelp and the owner, Fernando, was very nice and professional in getting back to me. He listened to my needs and felt that it was best to setup an initial appointment to view the project we wanted done. Now, mind you, we actually had another quote given on our project, but unfortunately, my husband and I could just not afford the cost. Fernando quoted us a very decent price and even said that he could paint the inside of our bedroom closet, which we had not finished, for an even more decent price. Fernando and his team came in on the agreed upon date and just by the way they setup for the job, you could tell, these were true professionals. They set down protective covers on my newly installed carpet from the stairs to the bedrooms so that he and his crew didn't damage anything. They caulked the crown molding earlier in the day, let it set for several hours and came back to paint later in the early evening. Fernando took his time to ensure that he applied as many coats as necessary for a precise touch; he even cleaned up some of our painting errors on the ceiling so that everything was crisp and clean. Once he completed the job, he removed everything that he and his crew brought in and cleaned up each room to where you'd never even know he was there. I absolutely love the job that The Precise Touch did for us and would recommend them in a heartbeat. I know that we'll be using them for all of our home painting needs from here on out. No other painter like Fernando Solano and his team! Like a professional artist, Fernando paints with experience, skill and pride. He painted my house as if it were his own. My house looked like new thanks to his quality touch and personal extras to improve previously poor caulking and repair projects. One year later I hired him to paint my patio overhang. No easy task with so many crossbeams, minor damage and wear. He turned our backyard patio area into a mini resort! I had no idea what we were in for with the quality of his workmanship. He personally sees to it no detail is overlooked. Fernando even remembered that I needed my outdoor flood light caulked which he did as a surprise for me! He also did some repair painting cleanup after a new roof was completed days before without my asking! He and his entire staff put in a full day and usually more to make his mark.
