I recently stopped here and really needed to get my eyebrows waxed. I made an appointment for same day and filled out a questionnaire of products that I use on my facial skincare. I went in and the reception was clean and tidy, I waited about 5 minutes and was called for my appointment. I was taken to a room and was given privacy to get settled and lay on the table. Giselle was my waxer and she was really sweet, she took the time to get to know me and ask how I wanted my eyebrows. It took a total of 20 minutes and I loved how my eyebrows came out. I will be returning for my next eyebrow appointment.

Both Heaven and Adriana were amazing! Adriana did my underarms in 5 min and Heaven did my first extended bikini a week later. Both made me feel very comfortable and were personable. They checked up on how I was doing throughout the appointments. I was nervous for my extended bikini as it's more than I've ever gotten waxed, but Heaven made sure I was comfortable and the process was much easier and less painful than I had anticipated. For the first time in my life, I'll be coming back to get regular waxes. Thank you both so much! read more

I loveeee getting my wax done with Paige, she is quick, super friendly and very easy to talk to. If you are debating on getting a wax because you are scared I definitely recommend this place because there are many girls who make you feel super comfortable which i think helps out so much for your first time. After having bad experiences at a chain waxing salon, I am so glad I found The Pretty Kitty! I went to The Pretty Kitty today for my first Brazilian wax. Because it was my first time waxing I was a bit nervous as I didn't know what to expect, but the kind greeting and lovely attitude of the receptionist set me at ease. Heaven was the esthetician that waxed me today and she only further set me at ease with her positive attitude and genuine friendliness. Her work is just as great as her service and I left feeling happy and confident with the results with literally no pain. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be requesting Heaven from now on! read more

Not the best experience. Got waxed with Paige. Customer service wasn't the best. She tried to make conversation, but her tone seemed a little rude. She was very rushed towards the end. I would've brushed that all off except she left two wax strips in my @ss that I had to pull off myself so I could get dressed lol. She missed a lot honestly. Don't recommend. read more

I came in to get a full face wax. I called on a Saturday morning and was pleased to get an appointment within the hour. My overall experience went great. The location is beautiful. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. As for my face wax, I LOVED the way the wax felt on my skin. It felt so smooth and soft. I love the customer service here. All the girls make you feel really comfortable & are very informative about the whole process & explaining hair cycles. 10/10 recommend! A lot of my girlfriends I talk to about waxing are nervous about the "pain" but honestly with the help of the aesthetician's breathing techniques it goes almost unnoticed. read more

I recently went to this location for a $20 Brazilian with a training esthetician. I've been waxing for 6 years now and I've never had as bad of a wax as I did with a trainee. I get it's what you pay for but my skin is literally peeling and the girl who waxed me lifted multiple areas of my skin. I've never experienced lifting in my life. I don't suggest anyone to do the $20 training ever. Also the trainer that was in the room was on her phone the whole time, it made me uncomfortable knowing the back of the camera was near my vaginal area and on top of that she walked out of the room while the trainee was waxing my back side and she burnt me because she wasn't guided through it like she should have. I hope a district manager sees this and re trains management at that location. read more

I love The Pretty Kitty, I remember when I was a new customer I started off with Kelly and I loved the experience. I couldn't wait to go back again. This time around I had my session with Paige, and omg i loved it even more. She held a conversation with me through out the whole process and made me feel really comfortable. Had an appointment today at The Pretty Kitty in Eastvale at 3 PM I didn't mind that she made me wait 15 minutes even though no one else was there at all I did however mind that she didn't want to give me my Brazilian I explain to her that I had a muscle contest on Saturday that this is the last day I can get my wax and this is something I've been planning for quite some time, I know the drill on what needs to be done before a wax no shaving or waxing two weeks prior it's been a good month, Yet she says to me in a rather rude manner that my hair is too short I told her it's impossible....This wax was very important because my muscle contest is Saturday And I wasn't gonna do anything to mess it up I know what needed to be done no shaving or waxing two weeks before...She was extremely rude and made me feel not important I know I'll never go back there again and I will never give them an recommendation I did however get my wax done at Golden Beauty & Brow! So extremely bothered by her unwelcoming attitude and her unwillingness to do the job read more

Best wax location I have EVER been in. I was in the area and desperately needed a wax, I called the pottery kitty and they were able to book me in last minute ! When I arrived I was seen right away & was treated amazing. I was literally in and out within 10 mins, and I felt hardly any pain! Don't get me wrong yes I'm jumpy but they didn't complain about it or tell me to relax. All I was told was to take a deep breath . I am beyond happy that i found this place ! But honestly going to The Pretty Kitty knowingly that they are highly experienced, efficient, and super friendly since the start had me excited and more calm about the experience. Okay. This is 5 start because it was quick, efficient, the waxer was professional and they have lots of stores. It still hurt like a mother, however like I said, it was way quicker than my first experience at a different place. She talked to me, told me when to breathe to give me something to focus one, and she explained to me that it hurts more for me because I'm a natural red. Thick coarse hair, and suppeerr sensitive skin. So I get the bad on both ends lol. I will be returning if we are still here in 5-6 weeks. From the moment you walk into her studio you are greeted with a calming environment. Her studio was very clean, she had a wonderful essence, and relaxing music playing. The quality of her products is amazing! She really took her time and was careful with me as I have different growth patterns for my hair. AND after the sugaring process is done, she cleans you up with a nice scented warm towel. THEN she adds calming products onto your skin. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Lol Kuts and Queens is a clean facility and the vibe is comfortable. I was able to meet with the owners our first day in and I really love the family dynamic and how welcoming they were. I hate the pretty kitty for good. This was my first visit to this place, I've been to European wax center on multiple occasions I've also waxed myself several times but I'd prefer the Brazilian wax. Anyways she did tell me that it would not get all the hair because it was soft wax because my hair was not grown out to four weeks, which it was 3 so it did not make that much of a difference. I haven't really checked down there much since the wax I washed but I didn't look because I'm way too tired from work. So today I'm off and I took a good look and I was shocked I had multiple bumps and redness and I was sore! I have never been sore from a Brazilian wax before to the point where it was sore to the touch. I've also never really had any type of reaction down there I've had 2 ingrowns my whole life and it basically just looks like an epic disaster! I'm shocked and horrified I feel like I should get a refund or something. Or at least an apology. read more

The Pretty Kitty is just about as good as it gets. The place is beautiful and the staff friendly. I am so excited that they opened a location in Eastvale. I was greeted kindly by the receptionist and asked to fill out a client form. Soon after, Tiffany came out to the lobby and escorted me to the treatment room. She explained everything to me in detail and made me feel instantly at ease. The wax only took about 15 min, and compared to other Brazilian waxes I've had this was by far the best. After finishing my wax she showed me the exfoliating brush and ingrown hair serum to use at home. I love the products as well. For all you skeptical people out there.. Just try it!! Waxing is far better than shaving. And pay the little extra money and get it done right. You don't want to go cheap on your private areas, and you really do get what you pay for. I love The Pretty Kitty. I followed Tiffany down to the Eastvale store from Rancho. I am so happy to see this company expand like they are. Their waxing and customer service is phenomenal. Whether you are coming in for a Brazilian or just brow wax, their services are always outstanding and their wax products are great for all areas of the body. Came here a couple weeks Ago I got waxed by Adriana so happy she's here!! This was my 4th wax here the first girl geanie was super amazing and gentle as well, the other 2 girls were too rough the last couple times I came in I believe it was Casey and Cheyenne really hurt me making me not want to return. They left hair, didn't hold properly and just in general wasn't pleasant. Gave Adriana a try since geanie wasn't there, and she was amazing no complaints at all! read more

This location is the one I've been coming to since I moved to Riverside from San Diego. Paige was the first esthetician I met with and now I don't trust anyone but her. She is quick but thorough with her work and is a perfectionist. She is very personable as well and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients.
