My Texas client and I have a pretty good working relationship. That is until a couple of months ago when Texas had that snow storm. Originally, I was using the Postal Service (USPS) But I switched to FEDEX because ever since Louis DeJoy took over as the United States Postmaster General (USPS), it's been absolutely terrible. Packages arrive from days to weeks late, or sometimes even not at all. The bottom line is that the USPS can't be trusted to get anything important to the destination on time. It's the new order. That's why I switched to FEDEX. But FEDEX screwed the pooch a few months ago during the snow storm that Texas had. I paid $60 to overnight important documents and they didn't get there until after a WEEK later. I ended up having to pay the same fee twice having to resend them using UPS. I should have been using UPS from the beginning because they had no issue at all getting my documents to her the next day. I called to get a refund from FEDEX and was unable to do so, so I'm out the 60 bucks. Since the snow storm I started using FEDEX again because it's a little cheaper. Every time I go to this FEDEX location I encounter the same stinky little man! It's ridiculous. His smell is offensive and obvious. Every time I go there I have to endue this wretched stench! Every customer that shares the same line is accosted by this smell. I can't believe there's not a lot more Yelp reviews calling this place out! It's not in my head if it happens every time I go there! Yesterday, when I went there it stunk to high heavens and the culprit physically looked like he hasn't had a bath in a week. There were literally stink lines coming off of him! I feel really bad for his co-workers. And who gives a rat's ass if he's a nice man. In a society you're expected to adhere do the bare minimum of standards just so you don't stink. If he lives a shower-free life, so be it. But change your clothes and use deodorant. It's absolutely ridiculous. At first I was trying to be careful but now I don't care because it's every week with it. Customers are spending their hard earned money on expensive shipping costs, at the least they shouldn't have to hold their noses when using this shipping service.

She has so much experience which and was able to guide us every step of the way from selecting the invite, to understanding proper invite etiquette, to proofing several times to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, to making sure our addresses were formatted correctly. She wanted to make sure we were thrilled every step of the way and really went above and beyond to do it. I came in with a simple question about a USPS package I had dropped off along with two UPS…read morepackages. The UPS packages were scanned, but the USPS tracking never updated. I had specific questions about the process and what I could do to locate the package. I was not asking them to take responsibility -- I was simply asking for guidance. Instead, I was repeatedly interrupted with "No, no, no" and told to go to USPS before I could even finish a question. When I asked why I wasn't even being allowed to finish my sentence, the gentleman said, "I assume you want to ask this," and continued answering a question I had not even finished asking. I said, "Okay, if you want to assume, I am not doing this," and left. I completely understand that they may not be responsible for the USPS package, but basic customer service means listening and explaining, not dismissing a customer. It is easy to be friendly when everything goes smoothly; the real test of customer service is how you treat people when there is a problem. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. And yes, it was the same employee described in the other reviews -- the gentleman with long hair. Unfortunately, I can now understand exactly what those reviewers were referring to. Rather than simply helping me with a straightforward question, he seemed unnecessarily confrontational and appeared more interested in arguing than listening.

Good and quick service overall! If you're looking to ship something the same day you should try to…read morego earlier in the day -- it seems like the truck comes to pick up packages anywhere from 4:45-6pm. Not 100% sure but I think if you drop something off after the truck comes by then your package will be shipped out next day. I haven't had any issues here and some packages have arrived faster than I was expecting! Plus it's right next door to a cookie place :)
